1.1 SuporUp Analysis 1.1.1 Step 1: Open the File

First, find the icon

Fig. 1-2 Recommended Method for Flaw Measurement 1.1.2.1 Step 1): Flaw Length First, move the cursor mouse to C image area and right click to display the menu. Select Bond Line and Center Line covered. See Fig. 1- 3.

Fig. 1- 3 Turn on Bone Line Then right click on C image to enable Measure Line. Select MeasureLine 1 and move it to the start position of flaw. Select MeasureLine 2 and move it to the end position of flaw (the 6dB method is generally recommended for selecting the start and end positions). See Fig. 1- 4.

Click the icon

(Flaw Length) in the tool bar. The measurement will be displayed in Page 2 of 4

MeasureResult. See Fig. 1- 5.

Fig. 1- 5 Flaw Length 1.1.2.2 Step 2): Flaw Height First, move MeasureLine 1 or 2 on C image to find the maximum energy of the flaw, and acquire a B image at the same time. Then turn on MeasureLine on B image. Select MeasureLine 1 and move it to the start position of the flaw. Select MeasureLine 2 and move it to the end position of flaw (the 6dB method is generally recommended for selecting the start and end positions). See Fig. 1- 6.

(Flaw Height) in the tool bar. The measurement will be displayed in

MeasureResult. See Fig. 1- 7.
