Follow-up Questions Why do you think should we take care of our water? As a grade six pupil, what can you do to help decrease water pollution? What do you think will happen if we don’t have clean water to drink left? IV.
Enrichment Teacher: Now, we are going to read a short story entitled “Sarimanok” (Teacher will pass out the story and the pupils will read it.) Teacher: In the story you read, you will note that there were several why-questions asked by the characters. Something happened in the museum so the people are looking for a cause. What happened is the ‘effect’ and why it happened gives the ‘cause’. Did you like the story? Why didn’t Bobby join the spectators at the scene? What was the crime all about? Why was the victim stabbed? Can you give other examples where there is a cause and effect in the story?

Evaluation Teacher: I have here pictures, I will show them one by one and I want you to tell the causes of the situations in the picture.
