Dear Lord, bless these teachers mightily as they seek to teach, enrich and guide Your precious children. Grant them abundant resources to do their job, intelligence, wisdom, sensitivity, kindness, and the material things that make it possible to turn some of these tender green plants into the strong, stable trees that will lead our nation, to transform some of these buds into brilliant flowers that will bring light, color and happiness to all who encounter them, and to give every one of them the tools to be creative, and productive and to develop their own kind of success in the world. Lord, wrap Your loving arms around these teachers who give so much of themselves to grow our youth into creative, responsible adults. We pray that You will immerse them in your boundless, transcendent love. We pray that You will strengthen and soothe them when they have given so much of themselves that they need Your etra attention, Your etra care. We love, respect and admire these teachers, Lord and we pray that you will watch over them always! these special people who hold our children and our future in their hands. "men. #y $oanna %uchs

My (ersonal 'nsights 0he type of curriculum a school offers is very important. #ased on the table above, we can see that the traditional curriculum is far behind from the progressive curriculum. owadays, we must go with the flow of 45 st century. We must cope up with the changes so our curriculum must improve too so that we can develop the children holistically. "s we are in this present generation, we must use the progressive curriculum because it engages students in activities of a higher plane of thinking.

My Analysis 9& Why do we need to consider the
traditional and progressie points of iew of curriculum!
&urriculum is the total learning eperience. We need to consider each points of curriculum because it is necessary to accomplish the goal of education and to improve points which need to be improved in order to accomplish our objectives.
"# Why is there a need to reise the
curriculum from time to time!
We need to revise the curriculum from time to time to come up with the changes that take place here in the society and also to be globally competitive. +evision of curriculum is also done to enhance and improve the thinking skills of the students and develop the 2uality of teaching to reach the vision.
My Re;ections6 My 'nsights
(n narrow sense, curriculum is just the list of subjects taught in schools. #ut in broader sense, it is not just the subjects but rather the total learning eperiences we give to our children.
0here are many curriculums happening in one school like the written curriculum, achieved, taught, etc. there are many types of it but what is essential is that together they make one curriculum that makes a certain school different from other schools.
"bao has 4 curriculums offered in 'lementary Department. %rom grades 5)7 it is 854 while from grades 9) :, the #'& is still the one used. "bao has a very good curriculum; from the teachers to the administrators to the school activities, it has become one of the prestigious schools in &amarines orte that is why when ( become a teacher soon, ( want to be competitive or more competent teacher just like the teachers here in "bao.

My Analysis
$# %ow important is the school’s ision& mission and goals in
designing the curriculum!
0he school@s mission vision and goals are very important in designing the curriculum because your curriculum is for the vision of the school. &urricula should revolve around the vision, mission and goals which guide the school. "# What methods and strategies were employed by
the school community to reali'e these goals!
0he methods and strategies used to reali=e the school@s goals are through the curriculum, by the learning eperiences like day) to)day lessons in the classroom, scholastic activities. -ome of the strategies are the planned objectives, the instructional materials to be usedA the multitude of teaching methods and educational activities that enhances learning. "mong the methods are the in2uiry approaches, constructivist and other emerging strategies that complement new theories in teaching and learning. (# %ow did the students manifest that they hae
internali'ed their ision& mission and goals!
Bere in "bao as they enter the gate and see the tarpaulins hanged, ( can say that they internali=ed their mission, vision and goals because these tarpaulins show the triumphs of students here. "nd also, they manifest it the way they interact, act and speak. " student even at very young age appears to be intelligent and knowledgeable enough.
My Re;ections6 My 'nsights &urriculums are made of the objectives, subject matter, methods and strategies and the evaluation approaches. 'ach of it is distinct but is interrelated to each other. "ll the things that make up the curriculum are supplementary to reali=e the goals of the school. When ( become a teacher, ( will give my best to follow the curriculum so that ( will be able to provide students with total learning eperiences and also to prove everyone that ( am a product of a good institution.

My Conclusions &urriculum managers and educational eperts are always looking for better ways to achieve better learning through teaching.
