Contoh Soal Sistem Biaya Standar

Contoh soal : PT. Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi produk dengan jenis jaket jeans. Perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem biaya standar dalam penentuan harga pokok produknya. Berikut ini disajikan rincian  biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi jaket jeans per potongnya : BBB (2 m @ Rp 30.000)

: Rp 60.000

BTKL (5 jam @ Rp 8.000)

: Rp 40.000

BOP Tetap (3 jam @ Rp 3.000)

: Rp 9.000

BOP Variabel (3 jam @ Rp 4.000)

: Rp 12.000

Kapasitas standarnya tiap bulan adalah 500 JKL sedangkan kapasitas normalnya 370 JKL. Setelah produksi  berjalan diketahui tiap bulannya perusahaan membeli 350 m kain dengan harga @ Rp 25.000, sedangka n BTKL yang dikeluarkan per-JKL nya adalah Rp 9.000 dengan jam kerja langsung sebanyak 550 jam kerja dan kapasitas sesungguhnya adalah 520 jam. Pada bulan ini dihasilkan 150 potong jaket jeans, dan BOP sesungguhnya Rp 3.500.000.

Kapasitas Standar

= 150 unit * 2 m/ unit = 300 m

= (HSt – HS) * KSt = (30.000 – 25.000) * 300 = 1.500.000 L

= (KSt – KS) * HS = (300 – 350) * 25.000 = 1.250.000 R

= (TSt – TS) * JK sesungguhnya = (8.000 – 9.000) * 550 = 550.000 R

Selisih Efiensi = (JK standar – JK sesungguhnya) * TSt = (750 -550) * 8000 = 1.600.000 L

3) Selisih BOP Tarif standar

= Tarif tetap + Tarif variable = 3.000 + 4.000 = 7.000
