Possible causes include: 1. If pressure remains remains at zero in forward forward,, neutral and reverse the problem could be in the control valve.

If pressure for for forward forward and reverse reverse are different, inspect individual clutch circuits. See Section 4007 for repair.

With no power to the solenoid the 4WD should be engaged. See Section 4001 and check the 4WD solenoid. Is solenoid performing correctly? Yes Inspect the front drive shaft and clutch engagement teeth for damage. See Section 6007. Repair as required.
