(stract This research aimed to let the people 4no5 a(out the MTRCB6s loopholes, it composed the common *iolations committed (y the giant TV programs such as (y using improper language, malicious actions, child a(use and this research present and pro*ided information a(out the insufficient penalties imposed (y the MTRCB+ Moreo*er, the MTRCB did not strictly impose set of regulations as pro*en (y the continuous *iolations committed (y the TV program industry+ lso, the punishment for the TV programs 5hich continuously *iolated their guidelines that 5ere stated in this research 5ere simply 5arnings, fines and suspension+ 7arning is considered as a minor penalty and fines and suspension as ma8or penalties+ To gather the needed data, different references 5ere used such as Internet and MTRCB6s 9and(oo4+ n inter*ie5 5as also conducted 5ith Mr+ Mel*in Moso, a Multimedia rts and Sciences professor+ ll information gathered sho5 that the MTRCB has fla5s 5herein the penalties gi*en to the programs are not enough (ecause of the continuous *iolation committed (y the TV program despite of the penalty gi*en+ It is concluded that these guidelines should (e stricter and should (e implemented for the sa4e of the *ie5ers+ Thus, it is recommended that they should not e#empt anyone from penalties+
