NARRATIVE REPORT ON BRIGADA ESKWELA S.Y 2016-2017
I. INTRODUCTION The school is an institution which is responsible responsible in molding the learners into a responsible individual in the society. This is where one is crafted into a better person, who will be an emblem of the kind of learning centre where one was raised. The multifarious concern of school demands working with others to accomplish designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated school school person personnel nel,, cooper cooperati ative ve parent parents, s, accoun accountab table le commu communit nity y and innovative learners. Believing that the community cannot stand without the school, and likewise the school without the community, we greatly believed that the school is the face of the barangay. Thus, all the people in the community even those whose children were not studying in the school, volunteered to support the program Relativ elative e to DepEd DepEd emora emorandu ndum m !o. !o. "# s.$ s.$#%& #%&'$# '$#%(, %(, all public public elementary and secondary schools nationwide implemented the BR)*+D+ E-E/+ $#%& on ay 0# 1 2une ", $#%&. III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACTIVITIES
DepEd formally launched >BR)*+D+ E-E/+ $#%&? from ay 0#' 2une ", $#%& in all public elementary and high schools nationwide. The primary aim of the program is to prepare the whole school community for another school year. :n the 8rst day of Brigada Eskwela, ay 0#, $#%&, as part of the advocacy program, parade started at (5## am to disseminate the information. This was led by r. @elestino 4. Durotan, @entral 4rincipal of @ampokpok @entral chool, Tabango outh District together with the teachers, 4T@+s, chool 4ersonnels ,baranggay o;cials and pupils . 4arade was routed from @ampokpok @enral chool to :bo'ob, then Baguinbin and back to school. Alyers were also given to disseminate the information .Registration was facilitated by upreme 4upil *overnment :;cers <4*6. r. frankilyn iagedor, Distrrict upervisor spearheaded all the activities designed for the one week operation of cleaning and preparing the school for another meaningful year. Ce also announced the designated tasks=assignments to the di3erent areas. +t eactly 5## a.m the operation was started. The whole cleaning force started cleaning and repairing comfort rooms, improving the water facilities and drainage systems and the most important of all which is cleaning and improving the
physical facilities of the school. The said activity was led by the o;cer of the day 1 rs. Evangeline 4urog. :n ay 0%, with the help of the * o;cers, checking of attendance had been done before they started the activity. +s the o;cer of the day, rs. Evangeline 4urog led and monitored the entire activities for the whole day such as the continuation of cleaning=improvement of physical facilities, cleaning of ceiling and walls , cleaning= repairing of comfort rooms, as well as cleaning the school canteen and classrooms . :n 2une %, the 0rd day of Brigada Eskwela <-)@- :AA6 held in Tabango !ational Cigh chool together with the Division personnel headed by Division uperintendent Ronelo +l Airmo, +rea 0 Dep'ed o;cials both Elementary and econdary, stake holders, private institutions like B/+4@), :@@), :A4@, /*F, 4!4, Aire 4revention and Risk Disaster Reduction Team, +/, and religious groups headed by Rev. Aather @hristian @onde. +t G5## in the morning, the motorcade started. Right after, there was a short program which includes the cutting of ribbon and short inspiring messages from the incoming ayor of Tabango, the incoming Board memember and the school memebers emphasi7ing the cleanliness of school. :n the fourth day, 2une $, $#%&, after the checking of attendance ,repairing and cleaning of chairs, desks, tables, blackboards and other school facilities were given attention. @lass rooms were cleaned . This was led by the o;cer of the day who is s. +melita !oynay. :n 2une 0, $#%&, after checking the attendance, disposing garbage and trash had been immediately accomplished by the whole cleaning force. 4lanting of di3erent plants was also done. @leaning of=improving all areas of the school was also accomplished which had been generally monitored by the o;cer of the day 'rs. isinia . @ansancio. :n the last day of the activity, 2une ", evaluation and monitoring of the accomplishments done were reported at the closing program that was participated by the 4T@+s, chool 4ersonnels, Brgy. :;cials and pupils. +s a whole, all the tasks were successfully done and completed for this Dep'Ed project. takeholders showed their initiatives providing anything that could result to a successful event. ith this, we could say that the school is now well prepared to be the second home of the learners being a ha7ard'free, conducive and an enjoyable place to stay in.

Aund *enerated + very minimal ::E is allocated properly based on the monthly cash program prepped. 4riority is given to the improvement of instructional materials of teachers in the same way as for the development of student performance. +lso, some part of it is allocated for the improvement of school physical facilities like slight repair, improvement of signage system, repainting of worn out areas. +side from the ::E, other epenses are charged to the 4T@+ voluntary contribution, donation, and the school canteen.
$. +ttendance To have a successful activity, cooperation and hard work must be present. )n all the activities that were completed for the Brigada Eskwela, teachers, parents, 4* o;cers, Brgy. :;cials had fully participated with a %##H attendance.
