Lalaloopsy Doll Candy Broomsticks Amigurumi Pattern V1.0

This pattern makes a doll about 13 inches (33 cm) tall. It has the same dimensions as the real Lalaloopsy doll. The clothes and shoes are not removable. ARMS (make 2) Round Instructions Using a 2.75 mm crochet hook and camomile yarn, mr, ch 1 1 sc x 3 2 2sc x 3 3 sc x 6 Thumb: ch x 3, sl st in 2nd and 3rd ch 4-7 sc x 6 8 sc x 6, change to black yarn 9 In back loops only, sc x 6 10-14 sc x 6. Using white yarn (Lily brand), surface sl st every 2 rows to make the stripes on her sleeve. 15 sc x 6, change to orchid yarn 16 In front loops only, (2sc, sc) x 3 17 (2sc, sc x 2) x 3 18 (ch x 2, sc) x 12, sl st in first st, fo. Flip the orchid part inside out so that it sits over the arm to form the sleeve at the top of her arm. Leave some yarn to attach the arm to the body using the back loops of round 16. Instructions Using a 2.75 mm crochet hook and white yarn (Caron brand), mr, ch 1 sc x 6 2sc x 6 (2sc, sc x 3) x 3, change to black yarn. Leave some white yarn to surface sl st above round 3. sc x 15 sc x 7, sc2t, sc x 6 sc x 6, sc2t, sc x 6 sc x 6, sc2t, sc x 5 sc x 5, sc2t, sc x 5 sc x 11 sc x 5, sc2t, sc x 4 sc x 4, sc2t, sc x 4 sc x 9 sc x 9, change to carrot yarn. Using white crochet thread, sew shoelaces about 3 stitches wide and 1 row apart. Tie a bow at the top and fix with hot glue so that it stays in place and doesn’t become undone. The position of the shoe’s tongue will be different for everyone based on how the shoelaces were tied. Basically the tongue is black: sc x 3, the rest of the round is carrot: in back loops only, sc x 6. Leave some black yarn so that you can surface sl st around the top of the shoes and tongue. Continuing with the carrot yarn, sc x 3, sc2t, sc x 4 sc x 8 sc2t, sc x 6 sc x 7, change to camomile yarn. Leave some carrot yarn to surface sl st around the top of the sock. In back loops only, sc x 2, sc2t, sc x 3 sc x 6 sc x 6, sl st in first st, fo. Leave some yarn to sew legs to the body. Thread pipe cleaner through the legs.

Instructions Turn the doll upside down, so that the legs are up and the head is down. Using a 3.25 mm crochet hook and orchid yarn, start in the front loops of round 12 of the body, sl st, ch 1. At the end of each round, sl st in first st of the round and ch 1. (sc x 4, 2sc, sc x 4) x 3 (sc x 2, 2sc, sc x 2) x 6 (2sc, sc x 5) x 6 (sc x 3, 2sc, sc x 3) x 6 (2sc, sc x 15) x 3 (sc x 8, 2sc, sc x 8) x 3 This round will be slightly different for everyone. The design on the skirt is like a four-leaf clover. Divide the skirt into 13 stitches (front leaf), 14 stitches (side leaf), 13 stitches (back leaf), and 14 stitches (side leaf). HAIR

Mark on the head where you want the two pony tails to be. On the back of the head, mark the halfway mark between the ponytails and draw a line from the top of the head to the back of her neck. The hair will be sewn to the head along this line using the carrot yarn.

Starting at the top of the head, measure the length of pumpkin yarn you will need from the halfway mark, to the pony tail, and then to her shoulders. Double the length and sew the middle of the yarn to the head. As you continue down the back of her head, the length of yarn needed will get longer and longer.

For the hair on the front of her head, start at the top of her head, measure the length of pumpkin yarn needed to cover her forehead and for the ends to be hidden under the pony tails. As you continue down her forehead, the length of yarn needed will get longer and longer. Glue the yarn to the head.

Gather the yarn you sewed down the back of her head into two pony tails. Tie to the head using carrot yarn and make it secure. Tie a black ribbon on each pony tail. To make the ends of her pony tail curl out, leave some outer strands and tie the rest of the pony tail to the head about three-quarters of the way down with carrot yarn. Glue the outer strands that you left out over the place where you tied it.

FACE

Cut a pair of eyelashes from the black felt. Glue the eyelashes to the large black buttons. Sew the holes of the buttons in a cross stitch pattern. Glue the eyes to the head. For her cheeks, cut two circles from the pink felt and glue to the head. (I used the black buttons as a template for the cheeks.) Sew a beauty spot and mouth using black thread and pull the ends of the thread inside the head.
