INTRODUCTION: The Automation is the use of Computer Systems and Control Elements or electromechanical machinery or industrial Processes. As an engineering discipline larger than a control system covers concepts from instrumentation, including industrial sensors, field transmitters, Systems Control and onitoring Systems Transmission and collection of data and applications, soft!are "eal# time, to monitor and control the operations of plants or industrial processes . This concept helps us to understand that in a glo$ali%ed !orld is essential $eing at the technological tendencies in that manner a company see&ing innovation and go hand in hand !ith this concept !e can deduce the almost surefire. This pro'ect see&s the innovation in the field of the agriculture, attac&ing a the pro$lem of the irrigation that happens to $e a headache for the o!ners of farmlands, it carries a lot a disadvantages li&e 'o$ hand, man !orhours, e(cessive !ater consumption and many others. This !ay our !or&group presents in this report a pro'ect called “Automatic Irrigation System” that consists in a automati%ed system that implies the &no!ledge of the specialties of Industrial Electrical Engineering and Plant echanics aintenance.

ABSTRACT The !or&group !ill develop a study in a little population this !ill determine the pro$lem to $e solved in this report, ta&ing into count the feasi$ility and needs, especially the economy, of our potential customers. The formed !or&group !ill reali%e a study to identify the main pro$lem, this $ecause Peru is considered a purely agricultural sector, !e anticipate that the need to cover the pro'ect !ill $e innovative in this sector. )hen ma&ing a comparison !ith the intensity of rainfall in previous years it !as determined that the “Child phenomenon” affected the amount of !ater for the crops of agricultural sector in Peru due to lac& of rationali%ation, maldistri$ution, and especially $y the difficulty to preserve this resource, many crop areas !ere affected producing economic and ra! material losses. The pro'ect to ma&e innovation the irrigation system !ill $e sought ma&ing them mo$ile, porta$le and independent in order to resolve the ease and speed of irrigation. *iven that the agricultural sector is affected $y the amount used ra! materials, la$or and !or&ing hours !e !ill propose a pro'ect to satisfy those needs. The pro'ect !ill consist of a mo$ile irrigation system so it can $e transported $et!een different &inds of farmland, it involves an automated innovative design and a$ove that has a structure strong enough to !ithstand the components. Automation of irrigation no%%les and valves !ill $e independent and !ill detect !ater use $y sector sensoring system. The pro'ect !as implemented as a prototype to test their via$ility and functionality in a small plot, after this feed$ac& from potential customers of the system for continuous improvement !ill.

)ith this automated irrigation system is managed to optimi%e production and therefore also profits, reduce time, cost and value added either gross e(penditure of !ater and not use it properly.

This product is easy handling, it consists of a simple system to understand $ecause it !ould consist of a guide in the step may $e to give easy access maintenance for the customer and not very e(pensive.

OBSERVATIONS:

In order to implement this machine had to ma&e a design of dising T/I01I0* !here !e get ideas that helped us to reali%e the pro'ect.
