The uman ;esources !epartment shall ensure that their policy and program adheres to e9isting legislations and guidelines, including provisions on leaves, benefits and insurance. 6. 3anagement shall provide information, education and training on epatitis / for its workforce consistent with the standardi4ed basic information package developed by the epatitis / T*0 if not available within the establishment, then provide access to information. &. The company shall ensure non8discriminatory practices in the workplace. :. The management together with the company focal personnel for human resources and safety and health shall provide appropriate personal protective e5uipment to prevent epatitis / e9posure, especially for employees e9posed to potentially contaminated blood or body fluid. <. The ealth and 'afety Committee, together with the employees organi4ations shall =ointly review the policy and program for effectiveness and continue to improve these by networking with government and organi4ations promoting epatitis / prevention. >.
