The base price is base on Ni 1.8% - 1.9%, so the base price is FOB MV USD 33.00 per Metric Ton. / 吨。基础价格是基于含镍量为 1.8% - 1.9%, FOB MV USD 33.00 (Harga dasar berdasarkan Ni 1.8%-1.9%, sehingga harga dasar FOB MV USD 33.00 per Metric Ton.)

Loading rate 装货率

6,500 metric tons per weather working day of 24hours. 每日的卸货量为 6,500 吨。 6,500 metrik ton per cuaca hari kerja 24 jam.

The said price is inclusive of pre-shipment inspection expenses and any other expenses required for export of nickel ore from the Indonesia and loading in bulk. 上述价格包括发货前检验费用及其它在印度尼西亚出口红土镍矿的费用与装船费用。

( Harga termasuk biaya yg dpt berlayar stowing dan pemangkasan.) Claues 3 : Delivery Quantity and Schedule (Pasal 3 : Jumlah Pengiriman dan Jadwal)

The total contractual quantity shall be 1,230,000WMT, +/－10% at Seller`s option and partial shipment allowed. The initial trial contractual quantity shall be 30,000 Wet Metric Tones/per shipment. Trial shipment total 30,000 Wet Metric Tones ． If the trial shipment is ok, the contractual quantity is 100,000 Metric Tons(50,000MT ×2 vessel) per month x succeeding 12 months. 合同总数量 1,230,000 公吨 (+/-10%) ，可分批装运。首批试单数量为 30,000 吨 , 双方没有异议时， 100,000吨(50,000吨×2船)/月 X 12个月, 分两船装运。 Jumlah total kontrak harus 1,230,000 WMT, +/-10% pada penjual’s pengapalan opsi dan sebagian diperbolehkan. The carrying vessel shall be arrived the Tianjin port of Discharging within 30 days after acceptable LC for the first trial shipment of 30,000 WMT. 卖方收到信用证后30天内装运第一批30,000吨货物要到达中国  港。 Kapal tercatat akan tiba pelabuhan Tianjin dari Pengosongan dalam waktu 30 hari setelah LC diterima untuk pengiriman sidang pertama 30.000 WMT.

The carrying vessel shall be arrived the anchorage of the loading port between 2010 November-___ for the first trial shipment of 30,000 WMT. 船需在 2010 年 11 月 ___日到达装货港的锚地。 ( Kapal tercatat akan tiba pelabuhan dari pelabuhan muat antara tahun 2010-Novemberuntuk pengiriman sidang pertama dari 30.000 WMT )

CLAUSE 4 : PAYMENT TERMS (Pasal 4 : Syarat pembayaran)

4.1 Letter of Credit 信用证 4.1.1 After both parties sign this contract, the Buyer shall send the Seller a copy of L/C Application Form for issuing the L/C within 2(Two) working day. 签署本合同以后 2 个工作日内，买方把开证申请书出具给卖方确认。 ( Setelah kedua belah pihak menandatangani kontrak ini. Pembeli Penjual akan mengirimkan salinan Formulir L/C Aplikasi untuk menerbitkan L/C dalam 1 (satu) hari kerja. ) 4.1.2 Once the content of above L/C Application Form is accepted and confirmed by the Seller, the seller shall issue Activate Performance Bond via the Seller’s bank in favor of the Buyer covering 2% of the total value of L/C to the Buyer’s bank within 2(Two) working days. Each performance bond will be opened for each shipment. If agreed by two parties, the performance bond can be extent for next shipment. 当信用证的内容由卖方确认并接受，卖方在 2 个工作日内，通过银行开出信用证总金额 2%的履约保函给买方。每船货物对应一个履约保函.或经双方同意延期履约保函为下一船货物使用。 ( Setelah isi Formulir di atas L/C Aplikasi diterima dan dikonfirmasikan oleh Penjual, Lalu Penj ual harus menerbitkan Aktifkan melalui bank Performance Bond Penjual mendukung Pembeli meliputi 2% dari total nilai L/C ke bank Pembeli dalam waktu 2 (dua) hari kerja. )

4.1.3 On receipt of the Seller’s Performance Bond and confirmed by the Buyer’s bank, within 3(Three) working days. the Buyer shall formal the L/C. the Buyer shall issue a operative Letter of Credit, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable 100% at sight (full amount of i nvoice value) . 买方确认履约保函后，3 个工作日内开出不可撤销、不可转让的 100%即期信用证(与发票等值的)。 Seller`s Signature： PT. ( Pada penerimaan Penjual Performance Bond dan dikonfirmasi oleh bank pembeli, dalam waktu 3(Tiga) hari kerja. Pembeli harus formal L/C. Pembeli harus mengeluarkan Surat operasi Kredit Irrevocable, Non-Transferable 100% pada pandangan (nilai penuh dari nilai faktur ).

4.2 Payment (货款): ( Pasal 4.2 Pembayaran) The said L/C shall be payable by opening bank against seller’s sight draft (s) for the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of this shipment accompanied by the documents as stipulated in clause 5.1. 在开证银行收到卖方即期汇票，并收到 5.1 条所列文件时，该信用证将支付卖方 100%的货款。 ( MENGATAKAN L/C HARUS DIBAYAR DENGAN MEMBUKA BANK TERHADAP RANCANGAN MELIHAT PENJUAL (S) UNTUK SEBESAR 100% (SERATUS PERSEN) DARI NILAI KIRIMAN INI DISERTAI DENGAN DOKUMEN-DOKUMEN SEBAGAIMANA DIMAKSUD PADA AYAT 5.1.)

4.3 Additional L/C Terms (信用证其它条款) ( Pasal 4.3 TAMBAHAN SYARAT L/C ) The L/C should contain the following terms and conditions and issued by a first class world prime bank. 该信用证应包括以下条款，并由国际认证的大银行开具。 ( L/C HARUS BERISI SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN BERIKUT DAN DIKELUARKAN OLEH BANK KELAS DUNIA PERDANA.)

4.3.1 L/C shall allow for 10% more or less in quantity and value according to regular L/C regulations; but when seller calculate the FOB price according to the CCIC analysis result, base on the price calculate formula list in Clause 2, if the total amount which is based on this FOB price times the actual total loading quantity, is more or less over than the Credit Amount Tolerance (+/-10%) allowed by L/C, under this circumstance it should not be considered as discrepancy. 信用证应允许货物数量与价值有 10%增减。但是当卖方根据 CCIC 实际检验结果，基于条款 2 中的计价公式计算出来的 FOB 价格，乘以实际装船数量后的总金额超过信用证总金额允许的+/-10%公差, 则不能视为不符点。 ( L/C akan memungkinkan 10% lebih atau kurang dalam jumlah dan nilai sesuai dengan L

regule/peraturan C, tetapi saat penjual menghitung harga FOB sesuai dengan hasil analisis CCIC, berdasarkan harga daftar rumus menghitung dalam Klausul 2, jika jumlah yang didasarkan pada harga FOB kali ini jumlah total beban yang sebenarnya, lebih atau kurang lebih dari Jumlah Kredit Toleransi (+/-10%) yang diperbolehkan oleh L/C, di bawah keadaan ini tidak harus dianggap sebagai perbedaan.)

4.3.3 Charges for extension of the validity of either document will be borne by the side requesting the extension. 所有文件有效期的延期费用由提出要求一方支付。 ( Biaya untuk perpanjangan validitas dokumen baik akan ditanggung oleh pihak meminta

ekstensi.)

4.3.4 The L/C shall incorporate the following. 信用证将包括下列条款； ( Berikut penggabungkan L/C )

A. Partial shipment allowed. 允许分批装运；

( Diperbolehkan Pengiriman Partial ) B. Trans-shipment not allowed. 不允许转船；

( Transhipment tidak diperbolehkan) C. The L/C should be valid till the final payment is received by the seller. 信用证在卖方收到尾款之前有效；

D. The third party documents are acceptable except the invoice and draft. 除了商业发票和汇票外，第三方单证可接受；

5.1 Payment 付款 ( Pasal 5.1 Pembayaran)

Seller shall present the following documents to the Buyer’s nominated negotiating bank for the payment (100% of cargo value): Seller`s Signature： PT. JEPINDO RAYA Buyer`s Signature： XINJIANG ZHONGHAO BUILDING MATERIALS GROUP CO., LTD.


卖方将向买方议付银行出具以下文件，议付100% 付款； ( Penjual akan memberikan dokumen-dokumen berikut ke Pembeli negosiasi dinominasikan bank untuk pembayaran (100% dari nilai kargo):

5.1.1 Full set three (3) originals and three (3) copies of clean on board bill of lading, blank endorsed, marked freight prepaid，notify the buyer 一套海运清单（三正三副）, 空白背书, 注明船运费已付，买方为通知方。 ( Kendali menetapkan tiga (3) asli dan tiga (3) salinan tagihan bersih dewan lading, kosong disahkan, ditandai pengiriman dibayar. ) 5.1.2 Signed commercial invoice in one original and four(4) copies indicating the payment amount of 100% of the cargo value. 卖方签署的发票原件和４份复印件, 注明支付 100%货款 ( Signed faktur komersial sementara dalam satu asli dan empat (4) salinan menunjukkan jumlah pembayaran dari 100% dari nilai kargo.) 5.1.3 Certificate of quality issued by CCIC or other surveyor company mutually agreed by buyer and seller at loading port in Three(3) Originals. 三份由 CCIC 装运港出具的品质检验证书正本。 ( Sertifikat kualitas yang dikeluarkan oleh CCIC atau perusahaan surveyor lainnya yang disetujui oleh pembeli dan penjual di loading port dalam Tiga (3) Asli.) 5.1.4 Certificate of weight issued by CCIC or other surveyor company mutually agreed by buyer and seller at loading port in Three(3) Originals. 三份由 CCIC 在装运港出具的重量检验证书正本。 5.1.5 Certificate of origin in one (1) original and three (3) copies issued by local customs or local chamber of commerce or any Philippine government authority. 由当地海关或商会出具的原产地证书（一正三副）。

5.1.6 Seller shall fax the above documents (from a-e) to sell er within 5 (five) working days from the date of bill of lading, in order to deal with the marine insurance and previous customs formalities for the buyer. 以上(a)-(e)文件卖方应自提单日起 5 个工作日内传真给买方以便买方办理货运保险和预报关。 ( PENJUAL AKAN FAKS DOKUMEN DI ATAS (DARI A-E) KEPADA PENJUAL DALAM WAK TU 5 (LIMA) HARI KERJA DARI TANGGAL BILL OF LADING, UNTUK BERURUSAN DENGAN ASURANSI LAUT DAN SEBELUMNYA KEBIASAAN FORMALITAS UNTUK PEMBELI.) Clause 6 : Weighting (Pasal 6 : Pembobotan)

6.1 Seller’s Responsibility (卖方责任) ( Pasal 6.1 Tanggung Jawab Penjual )

6.1.1 At the loading port seller shall, at seller’s expense, appoint CCIC or other surveyor company mutually agreed by buyer and seller at loading port to determine the weight of shipment by draft survey and shall provide a certificate showing the determinatives. The weight of ore as determined and certified at the loading port shall be the basis for the provisional invoice and payment. 在装货港口，卖方负责由 CCIC 检验员在装运港通过水尺检测确定装载上船的货物重量，并出具重量证书，并以此为卖方开具首期货款发票和首期货款付款重量基准。其费用由卖方负责。

( PADA PENJUAL PELABUHAN MUAT HARUS, BEBAN DI PENJUAL, MENUNJUK CCIC ATAU PERUSAHAAN SURVEYOR LAINNYA YANG DISETUJUI OLEH PEMBELI DAN PENJUAL DI LOADING PORT UNTUK MENENTUKAN BERAT KIRIMAN OLEH SURVEI DRAFT DAN AKAN MEMBERIKAN SERTIFIKAT YANG MENUNJUKKAN DETERMINATIVES. BERAT BIJIH YANG DITENTUKAN DAN BERSERTIFIKAT PADA PELABUHAN MUAT HARUS MENJADI DASAR UNTUK SEMENTARA FAKTUR DAN PEMBAYARAN.)

6.1.2 Buyer may, at the expense of the buyer, appoint a representative to be present at the time of weighing at the loading port. 在此过程中, 买方可以有代表在场监督测重, 其费用由买方自行负责。 ( PEMBELI DAPAT, DENGAN MENGORBANKAN PEMBELI, MENUNJUK PERWAKILAN UNTUK HADIR PADA SAAT PENIMBANGAN DI PELABUHAN MUAT.)

6.1.3 Seller shall advice buyer via email or fax within 3 working days after the B/L date of such weight certificate and the amount of the invoice. 卖方应在提单日起 3 个工作日内以传真或电子邮件方式传递给买方货物的重量证书与发票金额。 ( PENJUAL AKAN NASIHAT PEMBELI MELALUI EMAIL ATAU FAX DALAM WAKTU 3 HARI KERJA SETELAH TANGGAL B/L SERTIFIKAT BERAT TERSEBUT DAN JUMLAH TAGIHAN.)

6.2 Buyer’s Responsibility (买方责任) ( Pasal 6.2 Tangguang jawab Pembeli)

6.2.1 At the port of discharge, the buyer shall, at buyer’s expense, appoint CCIC to determine the weight of the shipment by draft survey and shall provide a certificate showing the



determinatives. The weight thus determined by CCIC shall be final and shall be the basis of seller’s final invoice. 在卸货港口, 买方负责由 CCIC 确定货物重量,并出具重量证书,并以此为最终结果，且为卖方开具的最终发票中重量基准. 其费用由买方负责.

( DI PELABUHAN DEBIT, PEMBELI WAJIB, BEBAN PEMBELI, MENUNJUK CCIC UNTUK MENENTUKAN BERAT KIRIMAN OLEH SURVEI DRAFT DAN AKAN MEMBERIKAN SERTIFIKAT YANG MENUNJUKKAN DETERMINATIVES. BERAT DEMIKIAN DITENTUKAN OLEH CCIC BERSIFAT FINAL DAN HARUS MENJADI DASAR TAGIHAN AKHIR PENJUAL.)

6.2.2 The seller may, at seller’s expense, appoint its representative (s) at the time of such determination. 在此过程中, 卖方可以有代表在场监督, 其费用由卖方自行负责. ( PENJUAL MUNGKIN, BEBAN DI PENJUAL, MENUNJUK PERWAKILANNYA (S) ADA SAAT PENENTUAN TERSEBUT.)

6.2.3 Such certificates shall be faxed and send to the seller by courier within 30 days after the date of Bill of Lading. 其证书由买方于提单日起 30 天内以传真与快递方式递交给卖方。 ( SERTIFIKAT TERSEBUT HARUS FAX DAN KIRIM KE PENJUAL MELALUI KURIR DALAM WAKTU 60 HARI SETELAH TANGGAL BILL OF LADING.)

6.2.4 The CCIC weight certificate shall be final and basis for seller’s final invoice. CCIC 的重量证书是最终结果，卖方的最终发票应基于此结果开立。 ( Sertifikat berat CCIC bersifat final dan dasar bagi penjual faktur akhir.)

6.2.5 If no draft survey performed at the discharge port, the certificate of weight issued by CCIC other surveyor company mutually agreed by buyer and seller at the loading port will be regarded as final. 若在卸货港口未进行水尺检验，在装货港的重量证书将作为最终正式付款基础. ( Jika tidak ada survei draft dilakukan di pelabuhan debit, sertifikat berat yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan surveyor CCIC lain yang disetujui oleh pembeli dan penjual di pelabuhan pemuatan akan dianggap sebagai final.) Clause 7 : Sampling and Analysis Pasal 7 : Sampling dan Analisis

7.1 Seller’s Responsibility 卖方责任 7.1 ( Tanggung Jawab Penjual)



7.1.1 At the loading port seller shall, at seller’s expense, appoint CCIC or other surveyor company mutually agreed by buyer and seller to take samples and conduct analysis of chemical and physical composition of the shipment. The chemical composition and the physical properties as determined at loading port shall be used as the basis for the provisional invoice and corresponding payment. 在装货港口, 卖方负责由 CCIC 对装载上船的货物取样检验化学与物理成份, 此检验结果为卖方开具的首期发票与首期货款付款的基准. 其费用由卖方负责。 ( Pada penjual pelabuhan muat harus, beban di penjual, menunjuk CCIC atau perusahaan surveyor lainnya yang disetujui oleh pembeli dan penjual untuk mengambil sampel dan melakukan analisis kimia dan komposisi fisik kiriman. Komposisi kimia dan sifat fisik seperti yang ditentukan pada pelabuhan muat harus dipakai sebagai dasar bagi sementara faktur dan pembayaran yang sesuai)

7.1.3 The buyer shall appoint a representative to be presented at the time of sampling and analysis at the loading port for doing supervision to all activities relate to quality determination. This representative is to endorse/state that all activities relate to quality determination in the loading port are done accordingly as per the standard conduct. 7.3 Pursuant to the methods of sampling and analysis agreed between the two parties: 双方就取样与化验方法达成如下协议：

7.3.2 The Seller may, at Seller’s expense, appoint representative(s) to be presented at the time of sampling at the port of discharge.

7.3.4 The party with big difference result of the SGS analysis result shall pay the cost of the SGS analysis expenses and the cost for making a new sample. 8.1.3 Buyer shall nominate suitable vessel with full main details to Seller as soon as the carrying vessel is chartered. 买方租下船舶后应立即将把所订的适宜运输船舶的全部详细资料提交给卖方。 Pembeli akan mencalonkan kapal sesuai dengan rincian utama penuh untuk Penjual segera setelah kapal tercatat disewa.

8.2 Should the seller fail to load the goods within the time as specified in the contract on board the vessel booked by the buyer after the arrival at the port of loading,all expenses incurred by the seller such as dead freight and demurrage shall be borne by the seller.If the carrying vessel fail to arrive the anchorage of the loading port designated by seller in time according to the Seller`s Signature： PT. clause 3 in this contract. All the charge caused by this failure should be on buyer`s account. 若卖方不能按合同规定的时间内在买方承租的船只到达后按期装船，则需承担所有有关费用，例如空船费滞港费等.如果买方船未能按合约条款３规定时间到达卖方指定的装货港锚地，则由此引发的费用由买方负责。

8.3 NOR（notice of readiness） to be tendered from Monday - Friday，but should not be tendered before the carrying vessel arrive the anchorage of the loading port designated by Seller．装货准备就绪通知书可以在星期一到星期五发出但不得在船到达卖方指定的港口锚地時递交。 NOR (PERNYATAAN KESIAPAN) YANG AKAN DITENDERKAN DARI HARI SENIN - JUMAT, TAPI TIDAK BOLEH DITENDERKAN SEBELUM KAPAL TIBA MEMBAWA JANGKAR KAPAL DARI PELABUHAN MUAT YANG DITUNJUK OLEH PENJUAL. 8.4 LAYTIME SHALL COMMENCE 6 WORKING HOURS AFTER THE TENDERING OF NOTICE OF READINESS UNLESS LOADING COMMENCED EARLIER IN WHICH CASE ACTUAL TIME USED TO COUNT AS LAYTIME. The Buyer is obliged to act prudently and conscientiously when selecting the vessel and the carrier with whom the Buyer charter the vessel. 买方租用的装运船舶应具有适航性、适货性、状态良好，且有全球航行证书。买方在选择船舶及租船的船方时应谨慎行事。

8.7 The age of the carrying vessel chartered by the buyer shall not exceed 25 years. 买方租用船舶的船龄不得超过 25 年。 Usia kapal tercatat disewa oleh pembeli tidak akan melebihi 25 tahun.

8.8 The carrying vessel chartered by the Buyer should be classed not lower than 100a1 in "LLOYD's register of shipping" or British corporation or top classification of other equal r egisters. The ship owners of the aforesaid vessel shall be members of the P&I club. The contracted goods should be carried by the vessel flying a flag of the country acceptable to the Sellers and the local government in Indonesia . 买方租用的船舶须在劳氏船级社或不列颠公司注册，级别不低于 100a1 ，或其他同类船级社最高级别，上述船舶的船东须为船东互保协会的成员，船舶所挂的国旗须能为卖方与印尼当地政府所接受的。

8.9 The Sellers shall not be responsible for terms of the charter party which deviate from the terms of this contract, unless such differences have previously been agreed upon in writing between the buyers and the sellers, otherwise the Buyers shall be liable for all the losses thus incurred to the Sellers. The Signing and Releasing of Bill of Lading by the vessel's owner or owner's agent to Seller should not be influenced by any disputes between the Buyer and the vessel's owner and/or any other third party. Penandatanganan dan Melepaskan Bill of Lading oleh pemilik kapal atau agen pemilik untuk Penjual tidak boleh dipengaruhi oleh perselisihan antara Pembeli dan pemilik kapal dan / atau pihak ketiga lainnya. The title with respect to each shipment shall pass from seller to the buyers when seller receives the provisional payment from the opening bank through the negotiating bank against the

All risk of loss, damage or destruction respective the ore delivered shall passes from Seller to Buyer as the nickel ore passes over the ship’s rail at the loading port.. 所有关于镍矿的丢失，损坏，灭失的风险，随着镍矿在装货港越过船舷后，由卖方转移到买方。

Neither party to this contract shall be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations, except events of Force Majeure including but not limited to war, blockade, revolution, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, strike, lockout, explosion, fire, flood, storm, tempest, earthquake, regulations or orders, including but not limited to prohibition of export or import and/or any other cause or causes beyond reasonable control of the S eller or the Buyer whether or similar to the causes enumerated above. Failure to deliver or to accept delivery in whole or in part because of the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure shall not constitute a default hereunder or subject either party to liability for any resulting loss of damage. 双方都要对延迟执行或错误执行本合同负责，但由于下列不可抗力因素引发的除外，包括但不限于战争、封锁、革命、暴乱、起义、国内骚乱、罢工、停工、爆炸、火灾、洪水、暴雨、动乱、地震、规章或法案:包括但不限于禁止进出口，以及引起买卖双方不能履约的买卖双方无法合理控制的其他原因，以及类似上述原因．由上述不可抗力导致无法全部或部份发货或接收货物，不能视为违约，不必为造成的损失负责．

Upon the occurrence of any event of Force Majeure, the party affected by the event of Force Majeure shall within 72 hour of the occurrence notify the facts constituting such event of Force Majeure with a Certificate of the occurrence issued by the Local Government Authorities or Chamber of Commerce within 15 days. 一旦发生了不可抗力，受到影响的一方要在发生不可抗力72 小时内通知对方，说明不可抗力细节，并在 15 天内出具由当地政府部门或商会发布的不可抗力事件的证明。

All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled amicably by friendly negotiations between the two parties. If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration in Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Singapore. Singapore Laws shall apply. Arbitration result should be final and binding upon both parties. 任何关于本合同或由执行本合同而引发的争议,双方应友好协商解决,如无法达成一致,则应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心, 仲裁地点:新加坡, 适用新加坡法律, 仲裁结果为最终结果,对双方都有约束力. The parties shall not apply to any court of law to amend such decision. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the party that failed in the arbitration. 双方不得向法院诉讼,以修改仲裁结果, 仲裁费用由败诉一方承担。 ( Para pihak tidak berlaku untuk pengadilan untuk mengubah keputusan tersebut. In case that the commodity is not of the required weight and quality, the buyer shall have right to make a claim on the seller but not more than fifteen (15) working days from the date of completion of the discharge of the commodity at the discharging port. The claim should be supported by CCIC survey report, issued original and copy. The claim is to be settled and solved between both parties of this contract within 30 days after its submission. 若买方发现货物质量或数量未达到合同规定要求, 有权向卖方提出索赔. 索赔必须在货物在卸货港口卸载后 15 天以内提出, 并以 CCIC 检验报告正本和副本为证明. 索赔应在提出索赔后的 30 天内完成。 ( DALAM HAL BAHWA KOMODITAS YANG TIDAK DIPERLUKAN DARI BERAT DAN KUALITAS, PEMBELI AKAN MEMILIKI HAK UNTUK MEMBUAT KLAIM ATAS PENJUAL TETAPI TIDAK LEBIH DARI LIMA BELAS (15) HARI KERJA SEJAK TANGGAL PENYELESAIAN DEBIT KOMODITI PADA PEMAKAIAN PELABUHAN. KLAIM HARUS DIDUKUNG OLEH CCIC LAPORAN SURVEI, DITEMPATKAN ASLI DAN COPY. TUNTUTAN TERSEBUT HARUS DISELESAIKAN DAN DIPECAHKAN ANTARA KEDUA BELAH PIHAK DARI KONTRAK INI DALAM WAKTU 30 HARI SETELAH PENGIRIMAN NYA.)

If Buyer fail to send certificate of weight and /or certificate of quality issued by INTERTACK or CCIC at the discharging port, all the seller’s loss caused by this failure should be borne by buyer. 如果买方未能将卸货港的 INTERTACK 或 CCIC 重量证书和／或质量证书寄给卖方，由此给卖方造成的损失，由买方承担。

This contract shall become effective when the duly authorized representatives of seller and buyer sign thereon. 17.2 All notices, requests, consents, demands and other documents and communications required or permitted by this contract shall be in writing and in the English, Chinese, Indonesian and may be delivered personally or may be sent by telex, facsimile, e-mail or prepaid registered mail addressed to the other parties . 17.3 The seller may, at seller’s expense, appoint their representative(s) like CCIC su rveyors to weighing cargo and take sample for analysis at the ports of discharge，buyer should do their best to cooperate with the seller’s representative(s), to make sure that they can finish inspecting and sampling fluently.. 卖方可以自费派代表(们) 如 CCIC 检验员在卸货港检测重量并取样化验, 买方要尽其最大努力配合卖方的代表(们)。 ( Penjual mungkin, beban di penjual, menunjuk wakil mereka (s) seperti surveyor CCIC untuk menimbang kargo dan mengambil sampel untuk analisis di pelabuhan pembongkaran, pembeli harus melakukan yang terbaik untuk bekerja sama dengan wakil penjual (s), untuk memastikan bahwa mereka bisa menyelesaikan pemeriksaan dan pengambilan sampel lancer.)
