Seasoning : Mustard ± ½ tsp Black Gram (urad dal) ± ½ tsp Red Onion (cut) - ½ bowl Green chillies - 4 Curry Leaves ± 1 small twig Ginger (cut) - small piece Coconut Oil ± 1tsp
Method : Add a little water and salt soak beaten rice. Heat Kadai add oil, things for seasoning. Add soaked beaten rice. Add coconut scrapings and toast a little. Put off the fire. Its ready ....
