Pembahasan : Sheet Music
Penetapan kadar asam mefenamat menggunakan spektrofotometri UV karena larutannya t
berwarna dan mempunyai panjang gelombang 285 nm. Pada penimbangan sampel seb 85,095 mg50 mg dan dilarutkan dengan NaOH diaddkan 100 ml lalu dipipet 0,1 ml
diaddkan ke 50 ml dan diulangi 3x. Setelah itu mencari Cmin dan Cmax tujuan ditentukan dikarenakan untuk menetapkan konsentrasi standart kerja dari maximal hingga minimal.
Kemudian dilakukan penimbangan asam mefenamat standart induk tujuannya untuk menetap
strandart kerja, perhitungan standart kerja menentukan pengukuran λ max. Dalam hal ini la standart kerja
yang digunakan haruslah mempunyai konsentrasi yang mendekati sam
Pengukuran ini berfungsi untuk menetapkan kadar asam mefenamat sampel.
Hasil yang didapatkan pada praktikum ini adalah 144,469% hal ini disebabkan ka
pembacaan λ max yang salah seharusnya pada λ max 283 tetapi pada praktikum mengguna
max 285 sehingga mempengaruhi yang didapatkan yaitu mendekati C 5= 16 ppm padahal You're Reading a Preview digunakan C 3=10,2 ppm dan dipastikan bahwa asam mefenamat sampel tidak memenuhi sy Unlock full access with a free trial.
