EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1.1
Background
The rise and spread of the Zika virus (ZIKV) has raised flags in DoD, NRO, NSA, and USCYBERCOM. These flags, monitored by WATCH-TOWER, WATCH-TOWER, fall under the PALE HORSE protocol. The analysis is done by deep-learning neural networks looking for potential JENGA EVENTS in BRINE (Biotechnology, Robotics, Information, Nanotechnology, and Energy) fields. Due to the structure of the data-sieve the flags cannot be attributed to any singular cause. A group of PALE HORSE clearance theologists were gathered under the JASON umbrella to determine if a PALE HORSE event is indicated by the Zika outbreak in CONUS.
