Good organizational performance can be attributed to the quality and nature of the team and the interaction amongst team members. Team T eam building actiities hae been identied as one sure way way of enhancing e!ectieness of a group%team whether a board# senior management or sta! in an organization since institutions require teams wheneer producing the desired outcome depends on integrating dierse skills# interests and e!orts.

The resulting synergy makes it possible to deelop and implement better solutions# more acceptable solutions# and more successful solutions. Based on participatory techniques# the facilitators shall integrate lectures# discussions and e)periential learning techniques. $ll e)ercises# both mental and physical# shall be followed by a debrieng of lessons learnt re6ecting on the ob2ecties of the team building e)ercise. /)periential approach ensures transferability of lessons into practice and in the work place.
