BAB I PENDAHULUAN
Saat ini Rumah Sakit semakin menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam memberikan perawatan kesehatan yang aman dan berkualitas tinggi. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi kedokteran, pelayanan dalam era JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional ) dan pengharapan yang tinggi terhadap mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, maka sangat diperlukan adanya pengelolaan pelayanan pasien yang efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat tercapai pelayanan pasien dengan cost yang yang efektif Untuk itu pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menetapkan Pedoman Organisasi Case Management yang melakukan monitoring monitoring pelayanan medis yang diberikan kepada pasien JKN. Untuk mencapai kondisi pelayanan yang efektif, efisien dan aman bagi pasien, diperlukan komitmen dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dari seluruh personil pemberi pelayanan di rumah sakit sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kewenangannya. kewenangannya. BAB II GAMBARAN UMUM RUMAH SAKIT
Rumah Sakit Siloam Purwakarta merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang beroperasional di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Sebagai institusi yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Siloam Purwakarta mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat dalam empat tahun terakhir. Awalnya rumah sakit ini bernama RS Efarina Etaham Purwakarta dan pada Bulan Juli 2017 mengalami akuisisi oleh PT. Siloam International Hospitals. Setelah mengalami perbaikan dari segi fasilitas dan sumber daya manusia, maka pada Bulan Juni 2014 terjadi penggantian nama rumah sakit menjadi Rumah Sakit Siloam Purwakarta. Rumah Sakit Siloam Purwakarta merupakan bagian dari Siloam Hospitals Group. Siloam Hospitals Group merupakan salah satu jaringan rumah sakit terbesar di Indonesia yang sampai dengan Desember 2016 terdiri dari 23 rumah sakit yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, terdiri dari 8 (delapan) rumah sakit di kawasan Jabodetabek dan 15 (lima belas) rumah sakit yang tersebar di Jawa, J awa, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara.
