Scientific Planning Explanation Renal Failure is a Short Term: Term: problem which results  After 2-3 hours of  to loss of kidney nursing interventions, functions and as GFR the patient will decrease, the kidney verbalize cannot excrete understanding of  nitrogenous product condition and fluid causing impaired in Urinary elimination and Long Term: Term : together with  After 1-2 days of  prolonged use of  nursing interventions, medications such as the patient will NSAIDs this will lead participate in to further kidney measures to destruction which correct/compensate may thus decreasing for defects the glomerular  filtration and destroying of the remaining nephrons. This will result into inability of the kidney to concentrate urine which makes the patient to have a nursing diagnosis of  impaired urinary elimination.
