Potrebno: 3 čaše brašna, 1,5 čaša šećera, čaša mlijeka, pola čaše ulja, paketić praška za pecivo, žličica cimeta, žličic a kakaa, paketić vanilin šećera i 8 žlica marmelade od marelica. Glazura: 100 g čokolade, 30 g maslaca i nekoliko žlica mlije ka.
Tijesto: 450 g suhog voća (grožđice, smokve i orasi), 12 bjela njaka, 12 žlica šećera, 7 žlica brašna. Nadjev: 12 žutanjaka, 12 žlica šećera, šalica mlijeka, 100 g čokolade za kuhanje, 250 g maslaca.
Pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo, šećer, mlijeko, ulje, cimet, kakao i vanilin šećer. Zamijesite (najbolje mješalicom) , pa polovicu pripremljene mase stavite u podmazani i pobrašnjani pleh. Stavite da se peče 7-8 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 250 stupnjeva, zatim kolač
Nasjeckati voće. U posudu s voćem dodati brašno i dobro izmi ješati. Bjelanjke istući sa šećerom. Umiješati voće i brašno. Pećnicu zagrijati na 1800 C. Smjesu peći u plehu kojega smo namazali i pobraš nili. Tijesto je pečeno kada se odvoji od rubova pleha. Pečeno tijesto ohladiti i podijeliti na tri jednake kore.
