Body Hem: * When ASO cutting the extra raw edge this can happen * During thread cutting ASO cut one stitch * If wrong needle used (8 no in case of 10 no or 10 no in case of 8 no) * If the needle bend during sewing * Stretching for achieving the actual measurement * If thread used for stitching has not enough strength * If needle and looper timing is not set properly * If tension is much more (because suppose neck need to stretch more than 3-4cm from actual measurement) Neck Top: * In case of clean finish garments some time stitch is cut during cleaning
