Is printer switched on and does it have sufficient ticket stock? 2. Is the printer on line? 3. Is the ticket printer showing 'UP' in the host? 4. Is the ticket print showing on the print queue? If the answer to all these questions is yes, then seek expert advice from the Galileo Help Desk.
