Tips for Attendees 1) It is good to have plenty of cards that promote referrals in your area. 2) Wear comfortable shoes! 3) Every day of FR write down 5 action action items that you will implement when you you get home. 4) Leave room in your suitcase for material - pack very light. 5) Try to spend your meals with as many KW agents from other parts of the country as possible because you will pick up invaluable tips that you can c an implement as well as establish good relationships for referrals.
6) If you are interested in getting coaching, it is a great time to get to know a few of the MAPS coaches and decide who fits you best.
7) Try to visit other KW offices around Orlando - you can c an often gain good ideas just by being in their environment - how they organize their office, branding ideas, systems for tracking transaction, etc.
8) Pace yourself- try not to eat a lot of heavy meals when you travel- it will slow you down. 9) Be aware that if you miss a class, you can always order a CD copy of it. 10) Don't be afraid of going up after class and speaking directly to the instructors or even just hang around while they talk to smaller groups - they often will share their "zinger" ideas with fewer people who "get it" and are hungry to learn.

Will I be able to pick up registration badges for others in my party? It is our recommendation recommendat ion that each attendee pick up his or her own Family Reunion materials. If materials are picked up for another attendee, they will automatically automaticall y be checked in for the event. If that attendee attempts to check in, they will not receive their materials as they will be shown in our system as checked in.
What information will be on my badge? Family Reunion badges will include your name, city, and state. To be sure that the most current and up-to-date information is listed on your badge, please visit http://www.kw.com and click ‘edit’ next to ‘My Profile’ to view this information and double check that your contact information is current.
Will there be a shuttle system? Hotels IN the Keller Williams block that are NOT walking distance to the OCCC, will be provided with a shuttle. A list of hotels with shuttle services is coming soon. I need to ship or be shipped something onsite, where do I go? The OCCC has on-site business centers located in the North/South Building. These business centers offer the following services exclusively to our guests: faxing, packing, shipping & receiving, computer rentals, email & internet browsing, office supplies, photocopying, signs/posters/banners, business cards and copy machine rentals.
They also serve as the pick-up and drop-off point for wheelchair and electric scooter rental .
I was unable to locate myself or another KW Associate when registering, what do I do now? Be sure your KW White Pages Profile is up-to-date, as the Event Registration system pulls your information directly from this. If you are missing information in your KW White Pages Profile Profile you may have problems locating yourself or another KW Associate. Additionally, searching by a KW Associate ID will allow you to locate yourself even if you are missing information in your KW Profile. Frequently Asked Questions Will there be internet access available at OCCC? The OCCC has an extensive WiFi network that can be accessed from your personal computer or PDA-like device provided they have a WiFi mode. Wireless services at the OCCC are extremely quick and offer valuable information ranging from facility wayfinding to parking locations and rates. If you have any problems accessing the WiFi network while at the OCCC, please call 888-243-5685.
Where can I find an ATM inside of the OCCC? Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and Money Changing Machines are located in every lobby of both the North/South Building.
What is the weather like in Orlando? Average High – 74F Average Low – 51F
The winter months of December, January and February generally provide the most pleasant temperatures in the Orlando area. Humidity can still be on the higher side and rainfall is at a minimum. This is the time of the year when the snowbirds of the north, ready for a break from cold dreary days, visit Florida. These 'average' temperatures have been known to vary a good bit in either direction. If you are traveling to the Orlando area, it's always a good idea to pack a light jacket.
