Both the modernization ideology and the execution that will benefit the class of the commercial complex and help it to comply to state of San Pedro City as highly urbanized city, such statement should not only have the commercial complex established but to adapt the certain principles and ideology to other alike structures that are currently existed, certain future approaches to other fields of architecture from planning, designing, building methodology, landscape designing will be benefit the study in order to achieve certain characteristics of the site, such ideas could not only be use to the site, but to apply different methods based on the proponents view of the complex, ideas from passive ventilation and lighting to sewer design to avoid flooding incidents will help to ease up commuters and stall owners during light rains in the complex, modernization not only imply to the establishment, but the terminals as well that ventilation and lights will not be a hindrance in achieving comfort levels of the passengers and the drivers in peak hours where crowded people from terminals are withdrawn to the complex. Efficient use if space for entertainment, shopping and related activities are beneficial into the integration of this principles to the site, conceptual planning that is critical to the success of the site will create its basis into the designation of proper traffic possibilities, the evolution of commercial complex into multi use and multi themed establishment that will harmonize different kinds of shops and other restaurants, to achieve design excellence and to come up with a prototype design for a transportation hub, for the future and scenario where space will become
