ORIENTATION PHASE

During this phase, the student nurse will be able to:
to build rapport to gain the trust and cooperation of the patient gather necessary information about the patient Introduce the patient to what he could expect from the student nurse for the coming days. SETTING
The interaction happened in pavilion 19 ( Custodial Ward) outside the ward, beside the basketball court , court , the weather is good. It’s cloudy to sunny. The environment is clean and has a limited noise due to the vehicles passing around the pavilion. NURSE PATIENT INTERACTION
NURSE “Magandang umaga po. Ako si Marius Clifford Billedo. 19 years old. Magaaral nang University of Northern Philippines at nakatira ako sa Vigan city, Ilocos Sur. Ako po ang inyong student nurse at makakasama niyo po ako ngayon hanggang sa susunod na lingo mula sa oras na 1pm hangang 5pm.”
