.' -ilin of %arriers The barriers shall be fully !lled by sand. The sand will be partially sourced out from Island and partially from “specify location”. It will be loaded on the barge from “specify location”. jetty and transported transported to island.
/uring sand !lling+ material will be proided nearby using C2%,loader and !lled manually through a funnel installed on openings proided in the barriers. 3afety 2rash %arriers will not be remoed upon completion of the project and shall left as is.
