Belt $ension: $he belts must be correctly tensioned to ensure %ood contact 'ith the

pulley! "f insufficiently tensioned, the belts may slip and if e/cessively tensioned, the motor may be over loaded! Heat Pipe Installations Durin% installation, lift heat pipe asse mblies by holdin% the casin% and not headers or connections! 9ar%er coils may have specific provision for eyebolts or similar liftin% arran%ements! -hen liftin% the heat pipes, it may be necessary to drill the casin% flan%es in order to fit eye bolts etc! for liftin%! "t is imperative that these holes are drilled in the side plates of the casin% rather than in the endplates! "n order to prevent any possible dama%e to the tubes of the heat pipes, all liftin% must be via the side plates! $he side plates have turned2in flan%es for stiffness! Horse shoe heat pipes are shipped 'ith transit plates bolted bet'een the side plates! $hese plates are intended to maintain the separation bet'een the t'o le%s of the heat pipe and to stiffen brace the assembly! $he transit plates should be left in the casin% until the final assembly procedure 'hereby coolin% coil is inserted bet'een the heat pipe le%s! *ase'or( should be securely fi/ed prior to pipe'or( flan%es bein% made upon combined heat pipe coolin% coils! -ater flo' is into the bottom connection and return from the top, thus assistin% in ventin% of the system! $he coils are handed and should be connected in counter flo'! $he 'ater flo' connection is at the leavin% airside of the coil, and thusly the return flo's to the enterin% air side of the coil! -hen ma(in% scre'ed connections for the coil, hold the header connection 'ith %rips! $he copper coil tubes may be bent or fractured if e/cessive strain is put on the headers! All electrical connections should be chec(ed and re2ti%htened prior to installation commissionin%! All electrical connections shall be made accordin% to the 'irin% dia%rams provided on the components or in supplied documents! All the lo' volta%e end devices are factory installed on the unit and 'ired bac( to a central terminal strip 'here connections to BM+ controller can be easily made on site! $he central connection module 'ill need to be sited so that there is ade)uate access to the control panel for commissionin% and maintenance purposes! $he minimum clearance is meter 'ide and 5 meters hi%h! Main connections are normally made throu%h the bottom of the control panel! All the cables should be suitably arran%ed so as not to put e/cessive strain on the terminals! $hey should be fitted 'ith suitable %lands to prevent 'ater in%ress! Fire +i%nal 3optional4: $he AHU unit maybe interfaced to a fire alarm shut do'n by connectin% a normally closed contact to the desi%nated terminals!
