Arm Robot Controlled by Electromiograph Signal
ABSTRAK E le lekt ktro rom miogra iografi fi (E MG ) adalah teknik untuk memeriksa dan merekam aktifitas sinyal otot. EMG dilakukan dengan rangkaian instrumen yang akan mendeteksi potensi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh sel otot ketika otot aktif (kontraksi) dan ketika sedang beristirahat (relaksasi). Sinyal EMG mempunyai karakteristik amplitudo 0 – 10 10 mV dan frekuensi pada range 20 – 500 500 Hz diperlukan rangkaian pendukung seperti penguat differential, filter low pass, high pass dan notch filter. Dengan alat ini kami menggunakannya sebagai simulasi detektor lengan robot. Rangkaian ini berfungsi b erfungsi untuk mengontrol pergerakan perger akan lengan robot yang ya ng bergerak berdasarkan kontraksi otot lengan kanan dan kiri dengan mengolah sinyal EMG. Sinyal EMG diambil langsung dari sinyal listrik tubuh di lengan kemudian dikuatkan awal dengan instrumentation amplifier. Rangkaian non inverting amplifier akan menguatkan sinyal yang didapat kemudian masuk ke blok komparator untuk diambil sinyal tertinggi yang di kirim ke rangkaian penerima melalui infrared. Sinyal yang dikirim oleh infrared akan diterima oleh photodioda pada rangkaian penerima. Kemudian dikuatkan dengan rangkaian non inverting amplifier. Frekuensi yang diterima akan difilter untuk
dapat membedakan apakah sinyal yang diterima berasal dari lengan 1 atau
berasal dari lengan 2 dan kemudian diolah pada rangkaian driver motor untuk mengarahkan motor servo berputar atau mencapit sesuai dengan derajat yang ditentukan.

ABSTRAK E lect lectrr omyogr yogra aphy (E ( E M G ) is a technique for checking and recording the muscle activity signal. EMG is done with a set of instruments that th at will detect d etect the electrical potential generated by muscle cells when the active muscle (contraction) and when it is at rest (relaxation). EMG signal has the characteristic amplitude 0-10 mV and a frequency in the range 20-500 Hz required supporting circuits such as differential amplifier, low pass filters, high pass and notch filters. With this tool we use it as a simulation of the detector robotic arm. This circuit serves to control the movement of a robotic arm that moves by muscular contraction right and left arm with EMG signal processing. EMG signal is taken directly from the body's electrical signals and then amplified in the arm beginning with the instrumentation amplifier. Non-inverting amplifier circuit amplifies the signal obtained will then go into the comparator block to take the highest signal that is sent to the receiver circuit via infrared. Sent by infrared signal will be received by the photodiode in the receiver circuit. Then strengthened by b y a series of non-inverting n on-inverting amplifier. am plifier. BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang
Sinyal Elektromiografi (EMG) adalah salah satu sinyal penting yang menunjukan aktifitas otot manusia. Pada saat ini pemanfaatan sinyal EMG digunakan untuk detektor lengan robot menggunakan kontraksi otot dimana otot terhubung dengan saraf-saraf tubuh yang mengatur gerak pada anggota gerak khususnya lengan. Hal ini cukup membantu bagi orang yang tidak memiliki lengan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut kami mencoba membuat simulasi detektor lengan robot yang memanfaatkan sinyal EMG dari kontraksi lengan. Oleh karena itu kami membuat modul yang berjudul “ Arm Robot Controlled by Electromiograph Signal ”. ”. Dengan adanya project adanya project ini diharapkan mahasiswa Teknik Elektromedik dapat lebih mahir elektronika dengan adanya pengalaman dalam eksperimen. BAB II DASAR TEORI 2.1 Penjelasan Rangkaian
Cara kerja sistem “ Arm Robot Controlled by Electromiograph Electromiograph Signal ” ”. Sistem ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian yaitu, sistem pemancar (intrumentasi, komparator, monostabil, astabil dan infrared ), ), sistem penerima ( Photodiode, Photodiode, penguat non inverting ), ), Filter dan Driver dan Driver motor. motor. Berikut penjelasannya
1) TRANSMITTER
Pada saat lengan berkontraksi sinyal EMG akan disadap menggunakan rangkaian intrumentasi yang sekaligus akan dikuatkan. Setelah sinyal EMG muncul maka sinyal akan diolah pada rangkaian komparator yang kemudian memotong puncak dari sinyal EMG dan merubahnya menjadi gelombang kotak. Adanya rangkaian monostabil menggunakan IC NE 555 dimaksudkan untuk mencegah relay relay triling . Output dari monostabil masuk ke basis transistor NPN sebagai saklar terhadap relay SPDT yang menjadi pemutus dan penyambung outputan astabil ke infrared . Rangkaian astabil pada rangkaian pengirim menggunakan IC NE 555. Output dari rangkaian astabil berupa gelombang kotak dengan frekuensi tertentu. Kemudian output rangkaian astabil disambungkan ke infrared melalui penyaklaran relay SPDT sehingga infrared memancarkan gelombang dengan frekuensi tertentu. Masing - masing lengan mempunyai satu kesatuan rangkaian pengirim yang terdiri dan rangkaian intrumentasi, komparator, monostabil, astabil dan infrared
2) RECEIVER
Sinyal yang dipancarkan oleh infrared yang dipancarkan dari lengan satu maupun lengan dua akan diterima oleh photodiode photodiode yang dipasang secara reverse bias dan kemudian sinyal tersebut akan masuk ke rangkaian non inverting amplifier yang bertujuan untuk menguatkan sinyal, sehingga amplitudo sinyal bertambah dan jarak penerimaan sinyal antara rangkaian pengirim p engirim dan penerima bisa jauh.

FILTER
Pada rangkaian filter ini menggunakan IC IC
LM 567 yang merupakan IC tone
decoder multi fungsi yang didesain untuk menghasilkan logika low ketika membaca

Rangkaian ini berfungsi untuk mengatur keadaan on dan on dan off pada lengan dan capit simulasi detektor lengan robot. Dan pada saat lengan kiri pada keadaan kontraksi maka motor servo bagian capit on dan on dan dan motor servo bagian lengan off yang yang membuat capit robot membuka sesuai derajat yang disetting sedangkan pada keadaan relaksasi maka capit robot akan menutup kembali ke posisi awal. Semua logika tersebut diatur pada rangkaian driver motor yang yan g mengolah logika high low yang low yang diterima dari rangkaian filter decoder IC IC 567.

2.2 Penjelasan Komponen
Adapun komponen yang digunakan diantaranya : 1. Resistor
Resistor adalah komponen elektronika yang memang didesain memiliki dua kutup yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk menahan arus listrik apabila di aliri tegangan listrik antara kedua kutub tersebut. Resistor biasanya banyak digunakan sebagai bagian dari sirkuit elektronik. Tak cuma itu, komponen yang satu ini juga yang paling sering digunakan di antara komponen lainnya. Resistor adalah komponen yang terbuat dari bahan isolator yang didalamnya mengandung nilai tertentu sesuai dengan nilai hambatan yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hukum Ohm, nilai tegangan terhadap resistansi berbanding dengan arus yang mengalir :
Bentuk dari resistor sendiri saat ini ada bermacam-macam. Yang paling umum dan sering di temukan di pasaran adalah berbentuk bulat panjang dan terdapat beberapa lingkaran warna pada body resistor. Ada 4 lingkaran yang ada pada body resistor. Lingkaran warna tersebut berfungsi untuk menunjukan nilai hambatan dari resistor.

Karakteristik utama resistor adalah resistansinya dan daya listrik yang dapat dihantarkan. Sementara itu, karakteristik lainnya adalah koefisien suhu, dan induktansi. Resistor juga dapat diintegrasikan kedalam sirkuit hibrida dan papan sirkuit, bahkan bisa juga menggunakan sirkuit terpadu. Ukuran dan letak kaki resistor tergantung pada desain sirkuit itu sendiri, daya resistor yang dihasilkan juga harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan agar rangkaian tidak terbakar.

3. Dioda
Dioda ( Diode) Diode) adalah komponen elektronika yang terbuat dari bahan semi konduktor dan mempunyai fungsi untuk menghantarkan arus listrik kesatu arah tetapi menghambat arus listrik dari arah sebaliknya. Oleh karena itu, dioda sering dipergunakan sebagai penyearah dalam rangkaian elektronika. Dioda pada umumnya mempunyai 2 elektroda (terminal) yaitu anoda (+) dan katoda (-) dan memiliki prinsip kerja yang berdasarkan teknologi pertemuan p-n semikonduktor yaitu dapat mengalirkan arus dari sisi tipe-p (Anoda) menujuk ke sisi tipe-n (Katoda) tetapi tidak dapat mengalirkan arus kearah sebaliknya. Simbol dioda digambarkan dengan anak panah yang diujungnya terdapat garis yang melintang. Cara kerja dioda dapat kita lihat dari simbolnya. Karena pada pangkal anak panah disebut sebagai Anoda (P) dan pada ujung anak panah dapat disebut sebagai Katoda (N).

LED merupakan dioda yang dapat memancarkan cahaya pada saat mendapat arus atau bias maju ( forward bias). LED dapat memancarkan cahaya karena manggunakan dopping galium, arsenic arsenic dan phosporus dan phosporus.. Jenis doping yang berbeda akan menghasilkan cahaya dengan warna yang berbeda. Kemampuan mengalirkan arus pada led cukup rendah yaitu maksimal 20mA.

Transistor merupakan komponen elektronika pertama yang mengantarkan dunia elektronika klasik menuju elektronika modern. Transistor pada umumnya berfungsi sebagai saklar dan komponen penguat tegangan atau arus listrik. Transistor memiliki 3 buah kaki atau pin yaitu: Collector (C), Emitter (E) dan Basis Basis (B). Posisi kaki-kaki ini berbeda antara transistor satu dengan yang lain walaupun ada juga yang sama.

Transistor PNP Prinsip kerja dari transistor PNP adalah arus akan mengalir dari emitter menuju ke kolektor jika pada pin basis dihubungkan ke sumber tegangan. Arus yang mengalir ke basis harus lebih kecil daripada arus yang mengalir dari emitor ke kolektor, oleh sebab itu maka ada baiknya jika pada pin basis dipasang sebuah resistor. Dengan kata lain, transistor PNP hidup ketika tegangan basis lebih rendah daripada tegangan emitter. Tanda panah pada symbol diletakkan pada emitter dan menuju ke dalam.

8. Transformator
Transformator atau sering disingkat dengan istilah Trafo adalah suatu alat listrik yang dapat menaikkan atau menurunkan suatu tegangan AC. Maksud dari pengubahan menaikkan atau menurunkan tersebut diantaranya seperti menurunkan tegangan AC dari 220V AC ke 12V AC atau pun menaikkan tegangan dari 110V AC ke 220V AC. Transformator atau Trafo ini bekerja berdasarkan prinsip Induksi Elektromagnet dan hanya dapat bekerja pada tegangan yang berarus bolak balik(AC). Transformator (Trafo) memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pendistribusian tenaga listrik. Transformator menaikan listrik yang berasal dari pembangkit listrik PLN hingga ratusan kilo Volt untuk didistribusikan, dan kemudian Transformator lainnya menurunkan tegangan listrik tersebut ketegangan yang diperlukan oleh setiap rumah tangga maupun perkantoran yang pada umumnya u mumnya menggunakan Tegangan AC 220 Volt. Berdasarkan perbandingan antara jumlah lilitan primer dan jumlah lilitan sekunder transformator ada dua jenis yaitu:

10. LED Infrared
LED infrared merupakan salah satu jenis LED ( Light Light Emiting Diode Diod e) yang dapat memancarkan cahaya infra merah merah yang tidak kasat mata. Cahaya infra merah merupakan gelombang cahaya yang berapa pada spectrum cahaya tak kasat mata. LED infrared dapat memancarkan gelombang cahaya infra merah karena dibuat dengan bahan khusus untuk memendarkan cahaya infra merah. Bahan pembuatan LED infrared tersebut adalah bahan Galium Arsenida (GaAs). LED ini akan menyerap me nyerap arus yang lebih besar dari da ri pada dioda biasa. Semakin besar arus yang mengalir maka semakin besar daya pancarnya dan semakin jauh jarak sapuannya. Cahaya infra merah tidak mudah terkontaminasi atau teresonansi dengan cahaya lain, sehingga dapat digunakan baik siang maupun malam. Aplikasi dari LED infra merah ini dapat digunakan sebagai transmitter remote control maupun sebagai line detektor pada pintu gerbang maupun sebagai sensor pada robot. Aplikasi cahaya inframerah sendiri dapat digunakan sebagai link pada jaringan telekomunikasi atau dapat juga dipancarkan pada fiber optic. Sebagai receiver cahaya inframerah dapat digunakan Photodioda, Phototransistor maupun modul receiver infra infra merah.

Memerima frekuensi yang dipancarkan oleh infrared dan selanjutnya akan dikuatkan oleh rangkaian non inverting amplifier.

Frekuensi yang pancarkan oleh infrared akan diterima oleh photodiode. Saat infrared memancar, maka tegangan yang dihasilkan dari pembagian tegangan antara photodioda dan variable resistor akan bertambah dan bila infrared tidak memancar maka tegangan akan turun. Hasil dari pembagian tegangan ini membentuk suatu frekuensi sesuai dengan frekuensi pemancar yang selanjutnya akan dikuatkan oleh rangkaian non inverting amplifier. Fungsi
: Menfilter frekuensi yang diterima oleh photodiode sesuai dengan frekuensi cut off yang telah ditentukan.
Cara Kerja: Rangkaian filter ini menggunakan IC LM 567 yang merupakan tone dekoder yang cara kerjanya mengeluarkan logika low ketika filter membaca frekuensi cut off dan mengeluarkan logika high ketika filter tidak membaca frekuensi cut off nya. Rangkaian filter menggunakan VCC 5 V sehingga ketika logika high mengeluarkan tegangan 5 V dan ketika logika low mengeluarkan tegangan 0 V. Untuk penentuan nilai frekuensi cut off pada rangkaian filter IC 567 ini dipengaruhi oleh nilai resistor dan capasitor pada setiap pin IC LM 567.
