RESUMEN El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo un análisis exhaustivo de la preparación física desde los diferentes paradigmas y su evolución a través de los años, teniendo en cuenta aspectos que se consideran imprescindibles imprescindibles en relación a la modalidad femenina de fútbol. En torno las teorías de la preparación física, se realiza una cronología desde teorías tradicionales de planificación basadas en deportes individuales, pasando por el análisis de los desplazamientos en conjunto con las cualidades determinantes del deporte, finalizando con acercamientos enfocados a una mirada holística e integral de la preparación física, cada vez más lejos del entrenamiento tradicional de la condición física. Aspectos de vital importancia importancia se centran sobre producción de lesiones en mujeres futbolistas, en la cual existe una predominancia de la lesión de ligamento cruzado anterior, y también aspectos como la triada de la atleta femenina que tiene incidencia directa sobre la densidad ósea. En cuanto a la composición corporal, se sugiere un seguimiento de la nutrición de las deportistas femeninas y en relación a la hipertrofia muscular, no existen diferencias significativas entre varones y mujeres en ganancias musculares en relación a la masa magra. PALABRAS PRELIMINARES Este apartado fue agregado para que los lectores comprendan algunos aspectos importantes sobre este trabajo, ya que el protocolo utilizado por la casa de estudios nos obliga a no realizar comentarios o apreciaciones personales hasta el apartado a partado de “propuesta de trabajo para …” por lo cual, a cada lector les aclaro que, desde mi punto de vista personal, no tomen como obligatoria cada sugerencia o hecho relacionado con la preparación física o entrenamiento de algún tipo de capacidad, ya que las verdades absolutas en el deporte no existe, podemos basarnos en evidencia científica que se encuentre en revistas especializadas o trabajos de investigación, pero incluso esa información puede ser refutada o aceptada a futuro. Desde lo personal, considero que algunos aspectos vinculados a la fisiología pueden resultar tediosos o incluso aburridos, pero les recomiendo su lectura, sea en el trabajo o en la bibliografía especifica que se encuentra al finalizar el trabajo, sobre todo de algunos autores como Drinkwater, Billat, Shangold y Mirkin que poseen artículos y libros especializados en mujer y deporte de altísimo nivel. Respecto de la preparación física específica, puedo decirles con certeza lo mismo que enuncie en el párrafo anterior, no existen fórmulas ideales o infalibles, en este caso recomiendo la mirada de Frade y Seirul-Lo para el análisis del deporte en relación al entorno, ya que toman al atleta como a un ser individual que piensa, siente y actúa en relación a vivencias pasadas, y no es un material que debe amoldarse a nuestras preferencias, sino que nosotros debemos amoldar nuestra preparación física a ellos. Espero disfruten la lectura de este trabajo tanto como disfrute hacerlo, realmente tomo muchas horas, mucho esfuerzo y mucha lectura de bibliografía que aun no esta en español, pero nunca lo hice pensando en una nota o una felicitación sino que lo pensé en relación a poder compartirlo con mis colegas, sobre todo con los docentes que marcaron mi carrera en las dos instituciones que mas me dieron, que fueron la UNLaM y APEFFA.

INTRODUCCIÓN La preparación física en el fútbol ha sido un tema muy estudiado y analizado por diversos investigadores durante los últimos años, en los cuales se dieron cambios de paradigmas en relación a la predominancia predominancia e importancia de algunas capacidades como la resistencia aeróbica, la fuerza, la velocidad y la transición de de diferentes y diversas corrientes corrientes de ideas, como ha sido la periodización periodización táctica, el microciclo estructurado. Sin embargo, es importante señalar que toda esta evolución en el ámbito deportivo dejó de lado a las mujeres, dando por entendido que la preparación física tiene una transferencia directa a la modalidad femenina. A partir de lo anterior se desprende la necesidad de promover una nueva bibliografía, diferenciada de la existente, que sirva como guía para la planificación y periodización del entrenamiento en el fútbol femenino. La problemática principal radica en la escasa bibliografía específica, por lo cual, en algunos casos, se presenta la confusión de asumir que la preparación física se da de igual manera tanto en fútbol femenino como en fútbol masculino, sin tener en cuenta las diferencias fisiológicas, biomecánicas y genéticas entre varones y mujeres, así como también existe a nivel global una tendencia hacia la marginación de la mujer que elige el fútbol como deporte. En cuanto a las investigaciones, existen varios artículos de investigación sobre análisis de desplazamientos, velocidades, cambios fisiológicos, fisiológicos, parámetros cinemáticos de la técnica y performance física, para nombrar algunos, pero se está ante la necesidad de una mirada global e integradora de estos factores en la preparación física. Se plantea como objetivo un análisis integral de la preparación física desde los autores más clásicos hasta los más contemporáneos, incluyendo esos aspectos que se consideran imprescindibles a tener en cuenta en dicha preparación física. El trabajo se estructura en dos capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se describe el deporte fútbol desde la perspectiva de distintos autores, una breve reseña histórica del desarrollo del fútbol a nivel mundial y nacional, para luego pasar a comprender los complejos procesos fisiológicos que interactúan en la actividad deportiva, desde la solicitación de sustratos energéticos, tipología y características de las fibras musculares y un apartado sobre capacidades condicionales y coordinativas. CAPITULO 1 FÚTBOL FEMENINO Y FISIOLOGIA DEL DEPORTE 1.1 Características y análisis del fútbol Desde un aspecto no enfocado en lo reglamentario, Bangsbo (2002) presenta un breve análisis de algunas de las exigencias que implica el fútbol, teniendo en cuenta que es un deporte caracterizado por una gran exigencia física, intensidades frecuentes como pueden ser carreras de intensidad alta, giros, saltos, cambios de dirección, así como también es pertinente mencionar que un jugador de fútbol de primera división realiza aproximadamente 1100 cambios de intensidad y cubre una distancia total de aproximadamente aproximadamente 11 km durante un partido. Dentro de las exigencias que posee el fútbol, Bangsbo (2002) enuncia cuatro: las exigencias técnicas, tácticas, psicológicas y físicas. Afirma que el jugador de fútbol ideal debe tener una buena comprensión táctica, ser hábil técnicamente, ser mentalmente fuerte, funcionar bien socialmente dentro de un plantel y tener una elevada condición física. Por otro lado, Cometti (2002) considera que los esfuerzos del futbolista se caracterizan por ser explosivos y se repiten intermitentemente intermitentemente un elevado número de veces. Para Billat (2002), el fútbol es un deporte en el cual se encuadran de forma mixta los distintos sistemas energéticos y tiene como requerimiento desplazamientos desplazamientos a velocidades altas, cada tres minutos y a lo largo de dos tiempos de 45 minutos con un intervalo de pausa de 15 minutos. En el año 1984, la UEFA celebró la primer Copa Europea Femenina, teniendo como ganadora del certamen a la selección nacional de Suecia, esto trajo varios avances en el ámbito del fútbol femenino ya que las mujeres que presenciaron la competencia mostraron interés en el deporte, se intensificaron las rivalidades entre países y se entendió que era necesaria una preparación especializada para dichas competencias. Estas competencias fueron la base fundacional para la creación de la copa del mundo femenina y de la persuasión a las burocracias del fútbol sobre el nivel de juego alcanzado por las mujeres. La UEFA fue la mayor responsable por la difusión del fútbol femenino y sus correspondientes competencias competencias internacionales, desde la conferencia en 1971 en Monte Carlo sobre el desarrollo del fútbol femenino hasta el mundial femenino de fútbol del año 2015. La resistencia general y específica refiere a muchos aspectos correspondientes a la resistencia general y local. La primera se relaciona con el estado de condición física de un atleta y la segunda refiere a las manifestaciones específicas que se dan en e l deporte practicado. La resistencia de corta, media y larga duración, surge como necesidad para demarcar las manifestaciones que no se dan exclusivamente de forma oxidativa o anoxidativa, ya que ambas dependen esencialmente del volumen e intensidad. La resistencia de corta duración (RCD) va desde los 45 segundos hasta los 2 minutos y cubre mayormente el aspecto energético anaeróbico. La resistencia de media duración (RMD) comprende desde los 2 a los 8 minutos de duración, el aspecto aeróbico y la resistencia de larga duración (RLD) desde los 8 minutos en adelante, la cual engloba exclusivamente el aspecto aeróbico. Verkhoshansky (2006) propone una serie de ejercicios que fomentarán un buen clima grupal, sobre todo si hay jugadores talentosos pero con poca coordinación, los cuales poseen una dificultad creciente, desde saltos con movimientos de brazos, saltos desde posición de cuclillas, saltos con agrupamiento, saltos tratando de tocar un objeto, saltos con apertura de piernas en el plano sagital, repetidos diez veces, de forma ininterrumpida, con un ligero trote al finalizar las repeticiones hasta completar dos minutos, el tiempo total es de diez minutos y siempre deben ser realizados al finalizar la entrada en calor. El principal objetivo de este programa de entrenamiento es el desarrollo de la manifestación reactiva de la fuerza y de la fuerza explosiva, combinado con la búsqueda del perfeccionamiento de la coordinación intermuscular e intramuscular y la potencia aeróbica máxima del organismo. En cuanto a las sesiones mixtas, se propone la estructuración de la misma cuando no se cuenta con el tiempo necesario para realizar las dos por separadas y en cuanto a su organización se puede dividir en dos partes, la primera con una entrada en calor y cuatro ejercicios de estimulación de la velocidad y la segunda con una estación de fuerza.
