INTRODUCCIÓN
El presente trabajo de Investigación De Mercado es realizado para determinar el lanzamiento de un nuevo producto (Jabón de coco) por parte de LA EMPRESA VICKO´S EIRL, EIRL , en donde demostrar si la implantación del nuevo producto a base de coco será aceptada en el mercado chiclayano. En el cual se ha identificado un nicho de mercado y se necesita saber cuál es el impacto frente al producto. El cual está articulado por componentes naturales. El origen de este estudio es el resultado de haber identificado un vacío en el mercado, exclusivamente en el sector de higiene y salud, por lo que se pretende mostrar mostrar al mercado mercado un producto natural (JABON DE COCO) que genera grandes resultados como, desaparecer manchas del cutis, minimizar arrugas, mantener la piel humectada y sobre todo rejuvenecer la piel; por lo que, preocupándose más en el cuidado de la piel de los consumidores, en las cuales queremos contribuir con estas grandes soluciones que vienen influyendo en la personalidad de cada individuo.

ENCUESTA: Que tiene por finalidad recopilar información sobre las aceptación en el uso de jabón de coco en la ciudad de Chiclayo como también determinar el perfil del comprador comprador e identificar identificar los hábitos de la misma.

Diseño de la investigación Se considerado pertinente elegir el Diseño De Investigación descriptiva ya que nos proporcionara información y comprensión precisa acerca de determinar el lanzamiento de un nuevo producto natural a base de coco, el cual surge como idea innovadora y garantiza un cambio notorio con respecto a la presentación y productos de higiene personal.

Métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos
Investigación cualitativa Con respecto a la recopilación de datos el grupo ha considerado pertinente optar por la investigación cualitativa, a través de este proceso podremos identificar y estudiar las diferentes actitudes, comportamientos, sentimientos y opiniones con respecto al producto, tratando de buscar la mejor información para si poder definir si es viable o no lanzar el nuevo producto antes mencionado.

Investigación cuantitativa Para la recopilación de la información, el equipo de trabajo opto también por la Investigación Cuantitativa, una metodología importante de índole índole descriptiva la cual tiene como objetivo brindarnos información sobre efectos que produce el producto en el consumidor, dándonos así la posibilidad de comprender y predecir la actitud de nuestros consumidores ante la presentación del nuevo producto.

El presente trabajo es con la finalidad de Recopilar Información sobre las preferencias en el uso de jabón de arcilla en la Ciudad de Chiclayo, esta determinación se realizara mediante la aplicación de una encuesta. ANÁLISIS DE DATOS En el proceso de análisis de datos, el equipo de investigación utilizó una metodología deductiva, al obtener datos generales aceptados como válidos para luego llegar a conclusiones particulares o específicas aplicados a la población en general. Una vez obtenida toda la información a través de la herramienta antes mencionada se procedió a tabular la información en un Software de aplicación estadístico, el denominado SPSS ACTUALIZADO que nos permitió conseguir las tablas de frecuencia para su posterior análisis. En nuestro plan de análisis de datos utilizamos el análisis descriptivo, ya que se observó el comportamiento de las muestras en estudio a través de tablas y gráficos. Para dicho plan se estableció dos actividades importantes:
Recolección y codificación de datos. Debido a las limitaciones de tiempo y del presupuesto disponible con el cual contaba nuestra unidad de investigación, determinamos llevar a cabo un método de muestreo aleatorio simple, ya que el nuevo producto está dirigido al público en general.
