5.1 Ecuación de la energía para el flujo gradualmente variado
El flujo gradualmente variado es aquel cuyos tirantes cambian gradualmente en la direcci x del flujo. Se produce cuando se obstruye un río provocando un flujo retardado (remans Pero también se produce cuando el flujo normal de un río encuentra una caída hidrául generando un flujo acelerado (curva de desagüe).
La ecuación que rige el flujo gradualmente variado resulta de analizar la ecuación de energía (energía total) en un tramo de canal; derivando cada uno de sus elementos se pue deducir la ecuación de flujo gradualmente variado. Considérese lo siguiente.

Conclusión
Este proyecto fue realizado con el objetivo de brindar al alumno un material en el cual pueda apoyar y complementar su formación hacía esta materia; con información puntua completa, así como con ejercicios reales y que hacen reflexionar a los alumnos acerca de comprensión del tema. Este material está basado de obras de la hidráulica muy importan como El agua según la ciencia de Enzo Levi o Hidráulica de canales de Gilberto Sotelo, como de apuntes de clases en el cual se brinda material a los alumnos que no encontrar en ninguna otra obra, como las deducciones de algunas de las fórmulas más importantes la hidráulica y como se mencionó al ser parte de los apuntes de clases esta obra se apo del plan de estudios de la carrera, el cual hace que el alumno siga un mismo camino con maestro y esta obra.
En conclusión, el estudio de la hidráulica desde sus fundamentos es muy importante pu conocer el origen de sus fórmulas y conceptos a partir de leyes matemáticas y de la fís ayudará al alumno a comprender de mejor forma el tema, así entonces dejar un material c tanta importancia para los alumnos y con tantas herramientas como lo son ejercicios formación, orígenes de conceptos y fundamentos de las fórmulas es muy importante com retribución a todo lo aprendido.
