Introduction
Multilateral Organizations:
receive funding from multiple governments and parties spend on projects in various countries. E.g WHO, UNICEF, World Bank
Bilateral Organizations:

receive funding from the government in home countries use the funding to aid specific developing countries. flows from official (government) sources directly to official sources in the recipient country. E.g. USAID, DFID, AUSAID, GIZ, JICA, etc.
