3、 Main controller function feature: 3 .1、 Overhaul function Refer to overhaul Priority which defined in Gb758 8,any overhaul switch on the top of car and PC room, when located at overhaul point, lift is in overhaul state. A、 In overhual state, press up 、down butt on ,lift for jog operation,release butt on ,stop immediatly. B、 When overhauling ,down to lower limit,liftwill stop downward operation , down comman d is invalid , b ut it can rep on d to up sig nal ,operate at upward。th e control logic of upgoing to upper limit conversely。 C、 When overhauling,controller still respo nd to the signal of safety circuit 、lock circuit、overload。
3. 2、 Floors automatic learning Lift instllation and debugging or other circums tances ,lead to incorrec t of floor signal , when lift go to next leveling signal, GLC - 300 and GLC - 50 0 main controller will do floor figure calibration automatically ;GLC- 400 main controller can do floor figure calibration when lift operate to basement reset signal ,to make sure normal floor p osit io ni ng 。
3.3、 Main operating output contactor motor protection During the operation,will do contactor auxiliary contacts monitoring every floor , syste m will reset once if operate normall y ,if contactor was in adhesions state ,system will stop automatically,and display fault code, can’t recover to normal until faults were cleared
3.4、 Door jump time(car stuck)monitor Eleva tor in autom atic operatio n, the syste m will alwa ys monitor the door zone signal acquis ition and the car running state , in a predeterm ined period of time(vis ible to the user lifting h eight, speed enhancem ent and other specific circumstances can set freely), if nowhe re zone signal , determine the car stuck , parki ng immedia tely, sugge sting failure , accor ding to the p ri nc ip le of GB75 88 , main ta in in g par ki ng st at e, man ual ly re set (em erg en cy st op or po wer cut of f) in order to resto re normal operatio n next time.
3 .5、 Overload protection A、 Elevator runs automatica lly and in leveling state, overload signal is valid, system will not respond to operation command, output buzzer sound automatically to prompt the user, and keep s topping state until the overload signal is canceled. Overloa d signal is canceled, the system enters po si ti ve nor mal op era tio n sta te automatically .

GLC Series Microprocessor Based Service Lift Controller User’s Manual B、 Overlo ad signal only effective when elevator stopped, the elevator once in operating status, system w ill not respond to overload signal until the next stopping , if overload signal has b ee n eff ec ti ve befor e ente rin g ove rlo ad cond it io n.
3 .6、 Door interlock monitor Elevator door opening every time and during opera tion , system always monitor the door lock circuit worki ng state, if the state meets the normal conditi ons, the system will automatic ally stop, and a fault signa l (floor display flicke rs at a frequency of once per second , main contro ller displays E1), troubleshooting until it resumes normal operation.
3 .7、 Emergency stop b utton alert Lift is in automa tic operat ion state and no other system faults , since user press the emergenc y stop button,l eaving lift in emergency stop, the syste m will prompt user that lift stop is due to handli ng emergency stop butto n by himself with a way that down and up light of floor indicato r flicke rs synchrono usly , which can effecti vely prevent abnor mal stop which caused by misuse or forget to recover after finish opera tion, releas e emergency stop button timely and recover to automatic operation
3 .8、 Lift - calling alert Elevator runs autom atically and in leveling open state, if other floors call elevator(T he user p resse s the current floor button), system will output the buzzer sounds five seconds tips, floor indicator prom pts user by flashing once per second which on correspond ing floor lift-calling b ut to n sim ul ta neous ly.
3 .9、 Level switch detect function In the overhaul of non-stop state, inpu t a leveling signal, indicator will show corre sponding floor number, easy to the overhaul of leveling switch.
3.10、 Electromagnetic locks or door switch output function In the statement of leveling stop , pr ess door open b utt on 1 or butt on 2 (GLC - 300 or GLC - 400 ), system output open signal1 or signal2 corresponding ly for using and controlling electromagnetic lock ; p ress open or close button (GLC - 500),system outputs switch door corresponding Switch signal respectively and shows current statement.
3 .1 1、 Support system software programming upgrade online Microprocessor based service lift main controller support software programming online , same system can achie ve syste m softwa re change that caused by user ’s differen t requir ements , no need to change harware configura tion.

6 . 2、 System display code selection (decimal code、BCD code) Syste m power-up, elevat or is in overh aul mode, press the "A" key to enter the displ ay coding option s, the system four LED digi tal displ ay "A" which is a decima l code, "b" that is,BCD code, each press cycl es in two menus flashing disp lay, 5 seconds no Corresponding operation, the system will automatically recognize and output encoding options currently displayed.
6 . 3、 System jum ping pr otection time option System powe r-up, elevator is in overhaul mode, press the "B" key to enter jumpin g pr ot ection time se lect ion, sy stem fo ur L ED digi tal tu be to 0 0 ~ 20 ~ 36 ~ 45 ~ 60 ~ 75 second s numeric al circula tion flashing alternately shows every click, numerical values down a jump,5 second s withou t the corresp onding operati on, the system will a utomatica lly remember the curren tly displayed digital value.(LE D digital display of numbe rs that is the desired time, in seconds, 00 is cancellation of jumping time protecti on. )
6.4、 System detail parameter setting method System powe r-up, elevator is in overha ul mode, press the "RESET" button and "OK" key to enter the passw ord input state, the n press the "+" or "-" key to modify th e first bit value, finished press "OK" button to move to the next one operation, when the four passw ord-elec tion selection is correct (the default password is 1234) and press "OK" to enter the parameter setting state. Parame ter changes are complete, press the "RESET" to save all modifie d parameters.
