The Learner is a 20 year old, male, Russian in race, has been travelling around Luzon, Philippines as a tourist, when they arrived in Baguio City on a Sunday night, and had his breakfast at a certain fast food chain early morning after arrival. The patient felt abdominal pain and had Diarrhea, had 4 counts of bowel movements early in the morning and 2 counts at daytime. Due to anxiousness he went to the hospital for first treatment.
