The MAN TEPS electronic structure. Electrifying your chassis.

Digital – just brilliant. The TEPS (Twin Electric Platform System) electronic structure in line with ISO standard 11898 comprises electronic modules known as CAN (Controller Area Network) which monitor the functions in a particular area of the vehicle. These modules are distributed throughout the chassis and linked together by just one pair of cables, the so-called bus. The bus can transmit large numbers of digitalised commands and data in series. This multiplex system is called the CAN

The attractive chrome trim of the analog instruments is a real eye-catcher. Also in the centre of the modern instrument panel is the driver’s display with on-board diagnosis for monitoring operation and functions. Displays are clearly arranged, and controls are easy to reach and use. An outstanding feature is the new four-spoke steering wheel with adjustable height and inclination.
