1.1 Initiation In this stage an overall research will be conducted considering internal and external factors most importantly i.e. SWOT and PESTEL analysis. This will help in generating the overview of the current market trend scenarios with available opportunities to target. 1.1.1 Evaluation & Recommendations Evaluation will be made after the project charter is completed and recommendation will be made on the basis of evaluation 1.1.2 Develop Project Charter Pak Suzuki management is interested in forming a subsidiary of Radio/Metro cab service in the biggest metropolitan city of Pakistan i.e. Karachi. It is currently the largest automobile assembler in Pakistan. Aiming to cater the Karachites to experience beyond the excellence level of Cab service with first time introducing the preferred vehicle option service to its customers e.g. MPV’s, Saloon and Estate vehicles having different seating capacities, luggage space options, choice over comfort levels with price variance in accordance to level of comfort. Secondly, extensive road network coverage availability to cater mass market on affordable fares, online booking option, well trained staff and option to provide special security trained guards to ensure better customer support and make a safe journey. 1.1.3 Deliverable: Submit Project Charter PVO- Preferred Vehicle Option Extensive Road network Coverage Well trained Security Guard

1.1.4 Project Sponsor Reviews Project Charter Pak Suzuki will be the solely and wholly owner of its subsidiary Cab service. However the firm can have association or Silver or Platinum Sponsors like PTDCPaksitan Travel and Tourism Dept, Hotels e.g. Sheraton, Pearl Continental, NHA, Oil and Gas firms e.g. Shell/Caltex/Attock etc, Financial Institutions like HBL, UBL, VISA etc. 1.1.5 Project Charter Signed/Approved The project is signed and approved by Pak Suzuki, which is the largest automobile assembler in Paksitan.
1.2 Planning 1.2.1 Create Preliminary Scope Statement - Beyond the excellence level experience for valuable customers through providing PVO (preferred vehicle option), Security service and extensive network coverage. 1.2.2 Determine Project Team - Finance – will handle the pricing issues, budgeting and planning issues - Marketing – will handle the marketing campaign design and how to handle PR issues - Logistics/Fleet management – to manage the fleet and service maintenance of each cab. - Operations – to ensure the flow and smoothness of operations of day to day activities - Human Resource – Drivers, Well trained staff and Security Guards
1.2.3 Project Team Kickoff Meeting Frequent communication will be encouraged between the team members and leaders in order to make a better outcome of efforts made by the whole project teams. 1.2.4 Develop Project Plan - To determine best suitable time to execute and implement plan

- To determine targets e.g. time of completion, number of fleets to be introduced, timely marketing campaign to be set out. - Develop as much as flexible rates/fares for customers - Routes/Maps to be designed - Well trained human resource e.g. security guards, drivers and staff. 1.2.5 Milestone: Project Plan Approval - Approval/Acceptance from governmental authorities e.g. NHA, Traffic Police, Ministry of Transportation - Human Resource : Recruitment and training of Staff, drivers and Security guards - Fleet Arrangement : Required number of fleet of cars deliveries received - Deployment of Taxi stand in key strategic points and Tested Radio/Wireless system
1.3 Execution 1.3.1 Project Kickoff Meeting To ensure that all the project team members and leaders are in communication with each other and discussion over the issues are carried out to elevate the level of performance. 1.3.2 Verify & Validate User Requirements As Preferred vehicle option is introduced in first time. Thus, for this project team members will have to make sure to have three types of fleet of vehicles i.e. Saloon, MPV and estate vehicles in to its panel. As Pak Suzuki will be the provider/vendor of the fleet sales and services, there will be no external contract out or outsourcing of vehicle management. 1.3.3 Design System - Radio system to installed in each Cab - Efficient Customer care centers with well equipped and trained staff 1.3.4 Testing Phase - Radio system to be tested - Online booking system to be tested through a formal drill exercise - In formal drill exercise, security issues/ possible scenarios to be tested

1.3.5 User Training - Different drill/exercise would be carried in order to train security guards for better response to various situations and issues. 1.4 Control 1.4.1 Project Management In the overall project is analyzed, as how it is carried out and executed by the team members and performance evaluation. 1.4.2 Project Status Meetings In meetings following to be discussed e.g. timing issues, security issues, Cost and benefits analysis, customer previews, and TCPI would be used to ensure the work schedule. 1.4.3 Risk Management - Various risks are to be considered before its execution, thus the risk could be minimized and realized before it surfaces. - Risk register to be made and maintained.
1.4.4 Update Project Management Plan - Any update made upon the technology used in wireless communication needed to be stated and considered - Any security training lapse or advancement noticed/requirement increased, then it would be needed to be included or re-trained the guards - Any change in the design of the project, to be updated as it is required. 1.5 Closeout 1.5.1 Audit Procurement - Fleet management: vehicles to be examined and inspected frequently over theft of any parts. - Sales management: If there is a shortage in meeting up the demand then additional number of vehicles to be added 6 BBA 7-D

1.5.2 Document Lessons Learned - Necessary documents to be provided to the drivers of each cabs
1.5.3 Update Files/Records - Customer Care center will record necessary information regarding the future improvement and betterment of existence service and record their reviews over the service. - Further information and special packages to be informed to its loyal customers through customer database. 1.5.4 Gain Formal Acceptance - Get approval from required governmental authorities like NHA, Traffic police etc - Get Transport Ministry NOC over its operation of Cab service within the city. 1.5.5 Archive Files/Documents - Master plan of the project to be recorded and shelf the plan for future reference.
