1.)

7401 Alarm

Root cause Alarm occurs when there is no AC power supply on site Cause 1. AC gets failure due to regular AC cut. 2. AC gets failure due to any s/c. 3. AC gets failure due to any o/c. Verification  To check the alarm Switch off the mains MCB from PIU.  To remove alarm turn on the mains mcb.

Root cause Alarm occurs when any one of the SMPS gets failure. Cause 1. Any SMPS gets failure. 2. Due to failure of MCB. 3. Due to any s/c. Verification  To check the alarm firstly remove the rectifier from the SMPS or switch off the MCB of rectifier from SMPS.  To remove alarm switch on the.MCB of the rectifier moduleor insert the new rectifier module.

7403 Alarm


Low Battery Voltage N/O Criticle Violet & Violet /White 9, 27 Alarm panel Of P.P.

Root cause Alarm occurs when Battery voltage reaches 46V/47V. Cause 1. When AC gets failure and D.G. is not working & site on battery from last 3-4 hrs. 2. When Battery is not fully charged and load on battery. Verification  To check the alarm set the o/p load vtg of battery less then 48V & switch off the MCB & D.G..  To remove alarm switch on the.MCB (mains) or switch on the D.G. if AC is not available.

7404 Alarm

Root cause Alarm occurs when all SMPS & Rectifiers gets failure. Cause 1. When AC gets failure and D.G. does not start. 2. AC gets fail DG is off. 3. DG is not working properly. 4. AC gets failure & DG is not available at site. 5. All SMPS & rectifires gets failure. Verification  To check the alarm switch off the mains MCB from PIU & switch off DG also.  To remove alarm switch on the mains MCB or DG (if mains is not available).

7405 Alarm

Root cause Alarm occurs when load of site on DG. Cause 1. When AC gets failure due to cutting time. 2. AC gets fail due to s/c. 3. MCB gets failure. Verification  To check the alarm switch off the mains MCB from PIU & switch on the DG (if it is not in auto mode).  To remove alarm switch on the mains MCB (if mains is available).

7406 Alarm


DG LLOP N/O Criticle Light Green & Black /Green 12, 30 LLOP Sensor BTS

Root cause Alarm occurs when lube oil pressure gets below then specified level. Cause 1. Due to leakage of lubricant. 2. Due to overflow of lubricant. 3. Due to no service on time. 4. Due to no oil change on the time. Verification  To check the alarm switch off the mains MCB from PIU & switch off the DG also.  To remove alarm maintain the lubricant oil pressure till specified level.

7407 Alarm


Low Fuel Level N/O Minor Light Blue & Black /Blue 13, 31 Fuel Sensor BTS

Root cause Alarm occurs when fuel level goes below then 40% of the capacity. Cause 1. When site on DG from long time. 2. When fuel tank is not fully filled. 3. Tank have leakage. Verification  To check the alarm see if the desired fuel level of DG is set on 40% or not.  To remove alarm fill the tank of DG.

8.)

7408 Alarm


DG Fails To Start N/O Major White & Black /White 13, 31 PIU

Root cause Alarm occurs when PIU is not able to start DG in 3 attempts. Cause 1. Due to problem in self. 2. Self battery is not charge. 3. No fuel in DG. 4. No connection b/w PIU & Self.

Verification

9.)

 To check the alarm switch off the mains mcb from PIU and check dg set is not in auto mode or remove the connection b/w PIU and Self.  To remove alarm start DG in manual mode.

7409 Alarm


AC Failure N/O Major Light Gray & Black /light gray 15, 33 µC

Root cause Alarm occurs when both AC gets failure. Cause 1. Due to problem in µC. 2. Site on battery. 3. Level of gas in AC goes below then the specified level. 4. Switching problem. Verification  To check the alarm switch off the AC’s.  To remove alarm switch on/repair/replace AC’s.

10.)

7410 Alarm


Door Open N/C Minor/Major/Criticle (Accd. to condition) Red/ Black & Red/Blue 16, 34

Root cause Alarm occurs when Door is open. Cause 1. Unauthorisd person is in the shelter. 2. Work on progress inside the shelter. 3. Someone (may be technician, engineer or guard) forget to close the door. 4. Sealing of door is not proper. 5. Lock of door is not correct. Verification  To check the alarm open the door.  To remove alarm close and seal proper the door.

7411 Alarm


High Room Temp. N/O Major Orange/Red & orange/Light gray 16, 34 Temp.Sensor BTS

Root cause Alarm occurs when Temp reaches 35° c. Cause 1. AC is not working. 2. Door of shelter is open. 3. Site on battery. Verification  To check the alarm rub thermister in b/w hands .  To remove alarm switch on the AC & set AC temp on desired value.

7412 Alarm


Fire & Smoke. N/O Criticle Orange/Black & Orange/Green 18, 36 F& S sensor BTS

Root cause Alarm occurs when Fire & Smoke at site. Cause 1. Fire & Smoke at site. 2. Due to any inflammable object at site. Verification  To check the alarm create a small fire by paper or jute.  To remove alarm Reset smoke & fire sensor and clean the smoke from the sensor.
