In order to make it easier to check which row you are working on, place a different colour thread on the inside of the row. Move this with every row. Magic Ring Body: To start the crochet of the body you myust start atthe bottom of the legs. To begin with crochet 2 small circles and later on these will form the lower part of the crochet body. With lightblue: Continuously fill the body. Row 1: 6 crochet into a magic ring and pull the threads together to close the ring(6) Row 2: 2 crochet with every stitch (12) Row 3 : 1 crochet in the first stitch, 2 double crochet in the 2nd stitch, repeat 5 times (18) Row 4: 1 crochet in every stitch (18) Row 5: 1 crochet in the first 5 stitches, 2 crochet in the next stitch, repeat 2x (21) Row 6: 1 crochet in the first 6 stitches, 2 crochet in the next stitch, repeat 2x (24) Row 7: 1 crochet in the first 7 stitches, 2 crochet in the next stitch, repeat 2x (27) Row 8: 1 crochet in the first 8 stitches, 2 crochet in the next stitch, repeat 2x (30) Row 9 t/m 13: 1 crochet in every stitch (30) Finish off, crochet another part, but this time do not fiish off. Now stuff the body with the filing. Head: With skin colour: toer 1: 6 crochet into a magic ring and in order to close, pull the thread, make sure you don.t pull the thread to tight as later on this is where the safetynose will be placed. If pulled to tight it will nearly be impossible to pull the safetynose through. Now fill the ball of the arms leaving the remainder of the arms empty. Feet : crochet 2x with skincolour Row 1: crochet 6 crochet into a magic ring (6) Row 2: 2 crochet in every stitch (12) Row 3: 1 crochet in every stitch (12) Row 4: 1 crochet in the 1st stitch, 2 crochet in the 2nd stitch, repeat 5x (18) Row 5 -16: 1 crochet in every stitch (18) now start the filling of the foot Row 17: 1 crochet in the 1st stitch, crochet stitches 2 and 3 together, repeat 5x(12) Row 18: Crochet all stitch 2-2 together (6) Fish off leaving the long threa. Now fill the foot thoroughly. Pull the thread through the last remaining 6 stitches and pull together in order to close the hole. Golden shoes : crochet 2x (Crochet the shoes in oval shape, the 1st row underneath and after that on the other side of the cast of loops. ) Row 1: crochet 10 chains and 1 crochet in the 2th stitch from the crochet hook. Npw 7 crochet from the cast on loops. Crochet 6 x 1 crochet, 2 crochet in the final stitch and finish off with a slip stitch in the 1st crochet of the former row. Dress: in lightblue: 1e row: crochet 36 chains, but do not close it, instead crochet 1 crochet in the 1st chain in order to create the shape of a ring in Amigurumistyle. Now in goldcrochet a row of crochet to the 1st row (beginning row) Finishing off: Sew the eyes using black embroidery thread and Paris button to the head. Sew the mouth under the nose. Now first place the dress over the body and ensure tht the neck sticks out enough. Sew the head to the body. Make sure that the neck from the body is filled properly, otherwise the head will be moving. Sew the arms to the body just under the conection of the head and the body. Sew the feet to the legs making sure these are sewn properly as this would aloow you to stand Dolfientje on its own. Sew the feet slightly with the heel to the back. Place the golden lurex shoes around the feet and connect with several unvisible stitches using golden thread. Using the remainder of the golden thread sew a thread over the top of the foot. Sew both wingsnext to each other on the back. Make sure they come just above the shoulders and therefore nicely visible. Now first plave the hairband in the correct place and attach with pins. Now using a pencil draw a circle where the hairband will be placed.
