Rules and Re ulations 1.
PLAGIARISM: - Do not copy paste anything either from Internet or from Any Published Sources.

Check the plagiarism on Google, by pasting paragraph by paragraph on Google Search Box, else check on any good plagiarism checking website like www.grammarly.com or www.writecheck.com etc.
3.
If we find any Plagiarism greater than 5%, then penalty will be imposed upon you. Penalty may vary f rom (10%-100%) of the assignment’s value.
4.
Every Management Write Up or other Write-Ups should have at least 10 references which are of more than 4 pages. It should also follow the exact format as specified like APA, MLA, Harvard style etc. Please do not provide Wikipedia or any other wiki/blog as reference.
5.
DEADLINE: Please note that to meet deadline is must. If not met, then penalty will be imposed on you. In case you are unable to submit the solutions within the deadline then the offered compensation would be instantly made zero. Deadline extension is allowed only in special cases where student has agreed for the same.
6.
In case of refund due to unsatisfactory performance or deadline expiration, the offered compensation will be forfeited and some penalty might also be imposed.
7.
Do not confirm any assignment through chat. If you are confirming an assignment on chat then do mark an email to the Project’s Team. No chat transcripts will form a basis of assignment confirmation or payment/deadline details.

Do confirm the assignment after checking it very carefully. To confirm an assignment you need to reply on our email. Your confirmation mail should be like “Yes, I can do the assignment”. In case you have any query about the particular assignment then mention it in the same confirmation email only.

The emails contain three things Assignments, Deadline and Compensation.
10. Do not change the subject lines and the code while replying. Also when you prepare the solutions, file name should be same as the assignment code. 11. Do not start working on an assignment till the time you receive the Go Ahead Mail from Projects Team. After getting confirmation from your end we will revert and give you a go ah ead to start work on that assignment. 12. If a student requests for telephonic conference with you, then the same would be arranged between you and the student. In this telephonic conversation, you should not share any of the contact details or the details related to the compensation of the assignment. If we find such things happening then strict disciplinary action would be taken against you. PS: No extra compensation would be paid for any teleconference/ live interaction with the student. 13. In case you have solved an assignment and receive a similar assignment in future then you should not resubmit the earlier solution file. Create another original solution. 14. After finishing the assignment, if student asks any clarification(s) then it is your responsibility to provide the same ASAP. Any intentional delay would attract a penalty. 15. As we all know that most of the work comes from U.S.A and Europe, so it might happen that you will receive the clarification late night. In these conditions your utmost co-operation will be highly appreciated. 16. Make an excel sheet which is a Reconciliation sheet in which you maintain the records of assignments with assignment codes which are done by you in a given month. Format of the reconciliation sheet is attached in your “welcome email ”. Send the reconciliation sheet to us at the end of the month. We will cross check it from our records and make the payment. On a similar line, you also need to submit “bill performa” for the payment received in the previous month. For example, if you receive a payment of Rs 10,000/- for the th th month of March on 10 April, then you should submit a bill performa for Rs 10,000/- by 20 April. The format for bill performa is also attached in th the “welcome mail ”. If the bill performa for March is not submitted by 20 April, then the payment for the month of April will not be released. th
17. We recommend you to open an ICICI Bank Account. If you have an ICICI Bank A/c then you will get the compensation by 10 of every month and if th you have any other bank account then you will get the compensation by 20 of the month. Please activate mobile alert/SMS alert in your bank account to receive the instant payment confirmation. 18. 10.3% TDS from your payment (As per Govt. of India Rules) will be deducted every month & you will get a TDS certificate at the end of the Financial Year. In case you have not submitted the PAN Card details then 20% TDS will be deducted by th e company. 19. Create an account on Gmail, as we prefer using only Gmail for all assignment work.
20.
In the beginning we will assign small assignments to check the work quality. If we will be satisfied with the work quality then we will increase the volume of work.
