GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Lampiran ini mengatur lingkup kerja jasa dari Kontraktor. Sebutan Perusahaan dalam dokumen ini akan mengacu pada ENERGY EQUITY EPIC (SENGKANG) PTY. LTD, sedangkan sebutan Kontraktor mengacu pada pada PT. Kontra Kontraktor ktor,, sebaga sebagaii pemenan pemenang g dari lelang pekerjaan ini.
This exhibit governs the scope of work and supply of the Contractor. The word Company hereinafter means ENERGY EQUITY EPIC (SENGKANG) PTY. LTD, while Contractor working for this works shall mean the PT Contractor, as the winner of this tendered works.
Kontraktor harus bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan Pekerjaan Survei Penyelidikan Tanah sesuai dengan persyaratan dan kondisi sebagaimana diatur dalam Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan ini.
The Contractor shall responsible for performing Soil Investigation Survey Work in accordance with the requirements and conditions as stipulated in this Scope of Work.
Kontraktor harus bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan semua kegiatan pekerjaan survei penyelidikan tanah untuk proyek yang disebutkan di atas. Pekerjaan ini harus dilakukan sesuai dengan semua dokumen yang disebutkan pada bagian ini dan dokumen terkait lainnya.
The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all activities of soil investigation survey for above mentioned project. This work shall be performed in accordance with all document mentioned on this section and other related documents.

The equipment shall be in satisfactory operating condition and capable of performing the work set forth herein safety and efficiently. The equipment shall be subject to inspection by Contractor and Company at all times and deemed unsatisfactory shall be removed from the work site and replaced by satisfactory equipment.

All manpower required to execute the work program shall be furnished by Contractor. A competent general foreman shall be designated who on behalf of the Contractor, shall have complete charge of all the work.

KESELAMATAN

SAFETY
Kontraktor harus melakukan pekerjaan dengan memperhatikan keselamatan, sesuai dengan Peraturan Keselamatan Perusahaan. Kontraktor juga harus membuat langkahlangkah untuk memastikan keselamatan publik serta keselamatan karyawan berdasarkan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini secara khusus menekankan bahwa tidak ada rig pengeboran yang didirikan dalam jarak 15 m dari setiap saluran transmisi pipa bertekanan tinggi.
The Contractor shall conduct the work with regard for safety, in strict accordance with Company Safety Regulations. The Contractor shall also make measures to ensure public safety as well as the safety of employees and laws and regulation. It is specifically emphasized that no drilling rig mast shall be raised within 15 m of any overhead transmission line.

SANITARY AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENT
Kontraktor harus, dengan biayanya, memelihara semua bagian dari pekerjaan dalam kondisi rapi, bersih dan sanitasi setiap saat. Toilet harus dilengkapi dan dipelihara oleh dan di semua biaya Kontraktor di mana diperlukan untuk digunakan karyawan pada pekerjaan, dan penggunaannya harus dikontrol secara ketat. Toilet harus benar terpencil dari pengamatan publik dan harus ditempatkan, dibangun dan dipelihara tunduk pada peraturan daerah yang berlaku dan dengan persetujuan Perusahaan dan oleh otoritas yang berwenang.
Contractor shall, at his expenses, maintain all portion of the work in neat, clean and sanitary condition at all times. Toilets shall be furnished and maintained by and at all expense of Contractor where needed for use of employees on the work, and their use shall be strictly controlled. Toilets shall be properly secluded from public observation and shall be located, constructed and maintained subject to any applicable local ordinances and subject to approval by Company and by authorities having jurisdiction.

Kontraktor harus menyediakan air untuk operasi pengeboran penyelidikan tanah dengan biayanya sendiri. Hal ini juga harus menjadi tanggung jawab Kontraktor untuk menyediakan transportasi dari suplai air yang diperlukan ke lokasi pengeboran untuk melakukan Pekerjaan. 1.7

WATER SUPPLY The Contractor shall provide water for drilling operations at his cost. It shall also be the responsibility of Contractor to provide transportation of all water required to the drill hole location to perform the Work.

Setelah menyelesaikan Pekerjaan, Kontraktor harus memindahkan rig-nya, semua kelebihan dan material yang tidak terpakai dari lokasi kerja dan harus meninggalkan lokasi kerja dalam kondisi yang bersih, semua untuk kepuasan kepada Perusahaan. Kecuali untuk sumur observasi, Kontraktor harus memindahkan semua casing, dan setiap lubang bor dan lubang uji harus benar benar ditimbun sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan.
CLEAN UP The work area shall be kept in at neat and orderly condition at all times. On completion of the works, Contractor shall remove its rigs, all surplus and unused material and material removed from the sample site and shall leave the area in a clean, all to the satisfaction to Company. Except for observation wells, Contractor shall remove all casing, and every hole and test pits shall be completely backfilled as specified.

PERMEABILITAS DI TANAH UJI TIMBUNAN Uji permeabilitas dapat dilakukan dalam pengeboran khusus, di kedalaman yang ditunjuk oleh Perusahaan, untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai permeabilitas tanah di lokasi tersebut. Falling head test dan constant head test juga dapat dilakukan dalam lubang uji dipilih atau parit uji untuk melengkapi nilainilai permeabilitas yang diperoleh dari pengeboran.
DRILLING IN OVERBURDEN (SITE FILL) Exploration borings shall be drilled with rotary type machine equipped with a hydraulic feed and capable of sewing satisfactory samples of the required diameters at all drilling depth.

PERMEABILITY TEST IN OVERBURDEN (SITE FILL) Permeability test may be conducted in special borings, at the depths designated by Company, to develop information on permeability of in-place soil. Falling head and constant head test may also be performed in selected test pits or test trenches to supplement the permeability values obtained from the borings.

SAMPLING DI TANAH TIMBUNAN

a. Standard Penetration Test Standard penetration test dan sampling dengan perpecahan barel sampler harus sesuai dengan ASTM D-1586. Standard penetration test harus dilakukan pada interval yang ditunjuk dan pada perubahan strata. Secara umum, interval sampel maksimum 1,50 m dan uji penetrometer saku harus dilakukan untuk setiap sampel.

Standard Penetration Test Standard penetration test and sampling with split barrel sampler shall be in accordance with ASTM D-1586. Standard Penetration Tests shall be made at designated intervals and at changes of stratum. In general, the maximum sample interval will be 1.50 m and pocket penetrometer test shall be done for each sample.

During sampling, the tube shall be pushed into the ground by a continuous and rapid motion, without impact or twisting.
c. Sampling Depth Sampel tanah undisturbed yang pertama harus diambil pada kedalaman sekitar 2 m di bawah permukaan tanah yang ada dari masing-masing lokasi pengeboran.

BACKFILLING HOLES AND TEST PITS / TRENCHES The Contractor shall backfill all drill holes and test pits / trenches as directed by Company. Test pits / trenches shall be backfilling with material excavated from the test pits / trenches. Boring, unless designated as a ground water observation well or otherwise required by Contractor, shall be filled with cement / bentonite grout to the top of the hole.

Selected samples received in the laboratory shall be visually examined and classified to check the classification made on the field log. Visual and laboratory classification shall be performed and tested in accordance with ASTM D-2487 and D-2488.

GRAIN SIZE DISTRIBUTION This shall be determined by procedure outlined in ASTM D-442 and D-1140. Percent passing no 200 sieve, this shall be determined by the procedure outline in ASTM D-1140.

UNCONSOLIDATED, UNDRAINED TRIAXIAL COMPRESSION
CONSOLIDATED, DRAINED TRIAXIAL COMPRESSION Consolidated, drained triaxial compression test harus dilakukan sesuai dengan ASTM D-3080, benda uji harus disiapkan sebagai untuk consolidated undrained triaxial compression test . Setelah kejenuhan dan konsolidasi benda uji di bawah tekanan keliling ditentukan, deviator stress harus diterapkan tanpa mengizinkan setiap perubahan tekanan air pori.
COMPACTION Compaction test shall be performed on selected bulk samples in accordance with ASTM D-1158 or ASTM D-698.

UNCONSOLIDATED, UNDRAINED TRIAXIAL COMPRESSION Unconsolidated, undrained triaxial compression tests shall be performed in accordance with ASTM D-2850 on disturbed soil samples and on compacted soil samples. Strain-controlled testing equipment shall be used. Saturation of the specimens by the back pressure method may be required prior to testing.
Unconsolidated, undrained triaxsial compression test harus dilakukan sesuai dengan ASTM D-2850 pada sampel tanah terganggu dan pada sampel tanah yang dipadatkan. Peralatan pengujian regangan yang dikendalikan harus digunakan. Kejenuhan spesimen dengan metode tekanan kembali mungkin diperlukan sebelum pengujian. The axial strain at the completion of triaxial compression tests shall be at least 20 percent. The confining pressure for triaxial compression test shall be determined by the Contractor. 3.8

CONSOLIDATED UNDRAINED TRIAXIAL COMPRESSION

Penerimaan hasil kerja tidak akan membebaskan Kontraktor dari salah satu tanggung jawabnya berdasarkan Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan ini.
Acceptance of the work shall not relieve the Contractor from any of its responsibilities under this Scope of Work.
Setiap Pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi atau code dan gambar teknis harus ditolak segera dan Kontraktor wajib melaksanakan perbaikan dengan biaya sendiri.
Any Work not confirming to specifications or codes shall be rejected forthwith and the Contractor shall carry out the rectifications at his own cost.
