a.) Without Gum

In testing the reaction of saliva without gum in phenolphthalein, there is no changes happens, still in a clear color with bubbles. In a Litmus Paper, the paper was still in the same color (blue), and it has a base pH. In Congo Red, from clear saliva it turned slowly into a red solution with still a few bubbles above.
