BS-120 Chemistry Analyzer Preventive Maintenance Manual
[email protected]
Dear Service Engineer, It is well known fact that instrumentation which is well taken care of will out perform and out last than which is not. The Mindray BS-120 Automatic Chemistry Analyzer is no exception to this rule. Chemistry systems that are well taken care of by their users and service personnel will have many fewer problems than those which are not. Fewer problems mean fewer service calls, and happier customers. The preventive maintenance (PM) manual is offered as a standard guide to follow. You will find that, depending on the quality of care which an instrument receives, 12 months preventive maintenance visits will require varying degrees of thoroughness. The important point here is that the reliability of the Mindray BS-120 is somewhat dependant on the quality and quantity of attention it receives during its 12 months preventive maintenance visit. The service engineer has a substantial amount of influence on the call rate of each system.
