DECEMBER 11, 2013 AN EXCERPT FROM THE DAILY RECORD OF EVENTS OF SAN PEDRO POLICE STATION, WOMEN AND CHILDREN PROTECTION DESK DATED DEC. 10, 2013 ENTRY NO. 0130, 0131 AND 00132 AS ENTERED UNTO THE WCPD BLOTTER BOOK BY PO3 BERNE GUTTER TIME: COMPLAINT : PARTICULAR (10:00 PM): Record: Entry No. 0130- A Phone Call Received by SPO1 PAT COLINAR radio operator of 911, who received a call from concerned citizen who identified himself as Jejomar Roxas informing that there was a rape incident transpired at Tiongko Avenue, Davao City. (10:15 PM): Departure: Entry No.0131- In connection with the preceding entry, PNP team led by SPO1 HIGANTE DAGUL together with SPO1 PAT COLINAR AND PO2 BEAUTY MAGANDA WCPD PNCO left this station and proceeded to the place of incident to verify the veracity of said report and to conduct investigation. (10:45 PM); Arrival: Entry No. 0132- The same PNP team returned to this station and endorsed the suspect identified as Mar Binay and Benigno Marcos, 23 years old and 21 years old respectively, both single and residents of Tiongko, Davao City. The suspects were apprehended at around 10:30 o’clock in an old abandoned house somewhere at Tiongko St., Davao City. And that the victim was one , Korina Aquino, 17 years old, born on October 5, 1996 and a resident of Sobrecarey St., Davao City. Initial Investigation disclosed that on or about 7:00 PM of December 10, 2013, Korina Aquino had a drinking session with Mar Binay and Benigno Marcos. And at around 9:00 o’clock in the evening, the suspects proposed for a change of venue of their drinking session and while on their way, the incident of RAPE happen. Following items recovered from the crime scene to wit; handkerchief. Victim was also referred to SPMC for medical examination.
