Pinamasagan San Fernando Camarines Sur, and upon reaching on said place he noticed that his backpack was already open and his handgun trade mark Armscor with serial number 1190889 together with his cell phone were missing, he believed that is was dropped while he was travelling somewhere along the way to Brgy. Pinamasagan of this Municipality and he went back to look and find said handgun and cell phone but nowhere to be found and everything turn futile.
