NATURAL CURE CENTER – NATUROPATHY CENTER INTRODUCTION:
In today’s world, there is a growing need for a holistic approach to health. Increasingly, people are frustrated with the answers given by their medical providers. We are prescribed a new medication for every symptom that arises. In this model, we become dependent on medications rather than addressing the cause of illness. In order to remedy this problem, we need to determine and address the underlying cause of dis-ease, thereby allowing health to arise naturally. Naturopathy is distinct method of healing, underpinned by a philosophical perspective which recognizes that all living forms possess a self r egulatory, inherent ability for self healing.
NEED:
Each person is unique and requires individualized care. In treating the cause of any condition, it takes into account not only your physical symptoms, but also mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, spiritual and other factors. Today’s world is going back to the nature in all aspects of their life from the construction to the health sector. There is increasing interest in Native traditional healers and the possibility of their working in some form of relationship with the allopathic medical system. It represents a resurgence of effort in an area of great potential benefit to the Native community, but is rife with issues that could destroy the effort at any number of stages in the process. Due to unavailability of all treatments under one institution, the demand for Natural cure centres have increased.
AIM:
To achieve a functional design through which we could promote skill, economy, conveniences, and comforts physically mentally and spiritually. To design a healing centre, with nature, art, texture, materials, patterns, colours, light which helps in the easy recovering process. To create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals and families wanting better health and vitality can feel empowered and motivated.
MOTIVATION:
Almost everywhere in India natural cure centres are available and functioning successfully. But only few countable centres are opened in Tamil Nadu. To create awareness and promote the nature’s healing system i have chosen this t opic
OBJECTIVE:
Use of colours, materials, textures and form as it provides relaxing and smoothing ambience to the patients To plan the healing centre in such a way in such a way that the patients surrounded with nature not in a hospital walls.
The interior of the space will respond and interact with the natural environment Systematic planning of the green spaces, patient spaces, service spaces, separation spaces, and their relation with nature.
Establish connection between outdoor and indoor spaces.

To promote the concept of naturopathy and its treatments through lectures and workshops.

SCOPE: People are switching to Naturopathy and drifting away from Allopathic to stay fit and live longer. The side-effects of allopathic medicines have forced people t o switch to naturopathy that has no side-effects associated with it.
This facility will offer a unique environment in which patients can seek care that a normal hospital would not offer. The medical care given will follow the principles of naturopathic medicine as will the architecture of the facility.
ACTIVITIES:
Naturopathy believes that the human body owes its existence to nature’s five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether – a composite representation of all forces of nature. In positive health, each of these elements is in equilibrium. Any disturbances in this equilibrium due to any cause leads to disease. Naturopathy provides relief, prevention and cure of specific diseases through a non-invasive, drugless therapy which combines nature cure with yoga and other drugless therapies like physiotherapy, acupuncture, diet and behaviour change

The touch of nature should appear and feel at the very second you set foot into the location. It is necessary to check the physical address of the centre to get an idea of the quality of its location. The environment in which the hospital is located should be free from pollution.
