FULSCOPE 440R Series, Pneumatic Indicating Controller Specification Sheet 1-1A-IND Issue 1, January 1999
DESCRIPTION The 440R Series Pneumatic Indicating Controller is single duty universal instrument that can be used to control pressure, volumetric pressure, temperature and liquid level. The available measuring elements are listed as Actuation under HOW TO ORDER. In addition to the three control responses, the proportional form of the 440R Series Controller can be used for differential gap of 1 to 100%. Field modification of control responses is accomplished by the easy installation of the desired components into the preconditioned, universal case. Internal mounting of an automatic-to-manual unit is a simple field installation requiring no case modifications or changes in panel cutout. The modular construction not only provides easy field modification but vastly simplifies maintenance procedures.. For Batch operation SIS168A and SIS 168B is available for reset limiting or reset loading. The reset Bellows is piped to an external port for the customer’s piping of a limiting device, that is, a three-way solenoid valve, or high or low pressure selector. The controller can be either surface mounted, panel mounted or equipped with an optional vertical pipe mounting bracket.
FEATURES Available with Gage Pressure and Temperature.
BENEFITS Adaptable to a wide variety of process configurations.
Exceptional readability and resolution. Large Scale 6-3/8 in. long 1/2 in. high numerals, fluorescent, orange pointers that do not obscure scale. Case and door is cast aluminium with corrosion resistant textured black baked enamel.
Durable, rugged stands up in tough environments.
