Friendly Loan Agreement[1]

I,Kenny Loh Li Wei (NRIC No.:810221-07-5335) of 1-1-1 Indahria Penang have this day  borrowed the sum of  RM36,000 from Khaw Eng Lih (NRIC No. : 810103-07-5115) Penang, Malaysia as a friendly loan for my personal contingency use to invest in several entertainment entertainment project. I undertake to repay the amount RM36,000 to Khaw Eng Lih on or before the date. If I fail to do repay the amount of  RM36,000 on or before 10/11/2011, I will not resist or  defend any proceedings for recovery initiated by Khaw Eng Lih against me in which case I agree to pay the full legal fees and costs incurred thereby together with the principal loan of  RM36,000.
