Background
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) intends to develop a Five Star Hotel with International Convention & Exhibition Centre on 12 acres of land located in Sector 62- S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), connecting Sub City Centre & CBD, Chandigarh
The project is to be developed on Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) mode, wherein the Private Developer shall be selected to develop the project facility on DesignBuild-Operate-Transfer (D.B.O.T.) basis
Punjab Infrastructure Development Board (PIDB) is the facilitator for implementation of the project and IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (IL&FS IDC) is the Project Development Advisor for the project

ii.International Convention & Exhibition Center: Convention cum Exhibition halls with combined capacity to accommodate 5000 delegates. Main Convention Hall designed with modular retractable seating arrangement for 1000 delegates. Provision of Car parking to be made as per Local Building Bye-Laws
Optional Components: i.Commercial Complexes / Business Center: Office complex, Business Centre, Retail Areas, Premier Cultural and Entertainment Centre, Restaurants, Shopping traditional arts and crafts .

Max. Permissible Height
The maximum permissible height for the building shall be 70 mts, subjected to Airport Authority Clearance.
FAR Ground Coverage (Max)
2.50 (as per Zoning Plan of GMADA). 40% of Total Plot Area.

i. No restriction on the number of basement and depth of basement. ii. Extended basement to be allowed after leaving the specified setbacks as per the Control Plan. iii. Basement shall not be considered while calculating FAR.
