El terreno presenta una superficie plana, con muy pocos desniveles. Se ha considerado como BM absoluto un punto sobre la losa de ingreso principal monumentazo con esmalte, y su valor es 50.54 m.s.n.m. 3.0 INFRAESTRUCTURA EXISTENTE 3.1 Edificaciones En el terreno se encuentra edificaciones con las siguientes características: Todos los ambientes presentan estructura aporticada con vigas y columnas de concreto, la tabaquería es de ladrillo y presenta fisuras en algunas paredes. Las puertas son de madera, las ventanas de madera con vidrios y los pisos de loseta. Las losas presentan fisuras en toda su área y tienen varios desniveles debido al mal estado de suelo.
