Experimented with one amino acid changes in creatine kinase (CK), specifically in d. melanogaster , homo sapiens, and s. cerevisiae. Explored the relationship of the enzyme in foreign organisms, its functionality, and its side effects. Conducted multiple PCR, cloning, inoculation, and Western blots throughout the research. Published a thoroughlythoroughly-detailed detailed thesis on the research conducted upon graduation.
