ZAD institute was inaugurated by hon¶ble PADAMSHRI SETH Shrikrishan Dass(Ex.Finance Minister,Haryana Govt.)on 18th August 1996.
The head office of the institute is established in over 30,000 Sqr. Ft. of covered area in thev heart of Rohtak.
Now ZAD institute has reached the dizzy heights of success.

INTRODUCTION:
The Software is for the automation of Hospital Management.
The Software includes: _ Maintaining Patient details _ Providing Prescription, Precautions and Diet advice. _ Providing treatment,discharge. _ Billing and Report generation.
Maintaining patient¶s injection entry records. Maintaining records of indoor/outdoor patients.
SCOPE: It can be used in any Hospital, Clinic, Dispensary or Pathology labs for maintaining patient details and their test results.
The existing project is user friendly and helps in all the fields calculate the bill change can be made in it to achieve the desired objectives. Every system needs some modification after an interval of time because as the time passes every current system become less and less effective. This project gives small information. This project has further scope by doing some modifications in it. All this work is done manually by the receptionist and other operational staff
FEATURES:
Office staff can perform various functions like appointment scheduling, billing, lab results, patient charts, etc. through the Web. Patients can look up appointments, cancel them, request new appointments, look up statements, enter credit card payments. New patients may look up physicians by their specialty, request appointments, register themselves on line. Patients can review statements & make payments over the internet. Information about Patients is done by just writing the Patients name, age and gender.
C++ Introduction
C++ is platform dependent language.OOP technology, additionaly it has all the advantages of "C Language". Thus C++ is considered as hypbrid-platform dependent language. Java is OOP based language. It has many features similar to C++ but it does not inlude any feature of C language like pointers. Java is platform independent .NET is ofcourse requires the .net framework which is Microsoft dependent. At last, All languages has thier own advantages and disadvantages too.
Object Oriented Programming. Objects of the program interact by sending messages to each other.
Advantages of the Project
This project is made in c++ so it has some advantages.
Advantages of this project are following: Data is hidden & can¶t accessible by external function Secure than all other languages Object oriented language i.e. depends on objects rather than procedure Make work easy Save time.
Objective of the project Bring organization together . To help the people associated with managing of the hospital . To make their task easier with better accuracy and fast information retrieval.

To make the day to day work easier.
This project will contain all the activities associated with the hospital such as add the record,modify the record,& delete the record.

CONCLUSION The project Hospital Management System (HMS) is for computerizing the working ina hospital. The software takes care of all the requirements of an average hospital . It is capable to provide easy and effective storage of information related to patients that come up to the hospital. It generates test reports; provide prescription details including various tests, diet advice, It also provides injection details. It provides billing facility on the basis of patient¶s status whether it is an indoor or outdoor patient.
