In any area of life that has been deeply challenging, you need more than a new game plan or playbook for what you do in the world. You also need to cultivate consciousness and the power of breath. There are three types of consciousness that this course will encourage you to cultivate: 1. Witness consciousness. Through the practices and drills in this course, you will learn to develop the ability to notice your patterns of feeling, thinking and acting as they arising so they don’t distort your perception and drive or block your actions. This is very crucial. Why? Because old patterns will come up when you go to change. They don’t’ come up because you are a “selfsabotager” or because you have some mythical disease called “low-self esteem”. They come up because they have momentum; through constant repetition they have an inertia and movement of their own. When you are prepared for this and ready for it, you can stop the process of reprogramming your mistakes back in. You don’t fight what comes up but you don’t feed it. You observe it in a way where it simply dies away. This gives you a clean slate to cultivate: 2. Creative consciousness. This means you can tap into your intuition, the vast storehouse of new choices and new abilities and understandings in your creative unconscious, rehearse new outcomes, do deep level mental and emotional reprogramming, install new beliefs, and even influence, to some extent, external events(although we won’t deal with that in this course).

It’s important that we clean the slate first, or at least at the same time, by cultivating witness consciousness.
3. Will consciousness. This is about developing concentration and focus. When you can keep bringing your attention back to where you choose to put it, you can develop the discipline to do the practices and actions in the world. And finally we want to cultivate: 4. The breath. It’s my experience that learning to breathe in certain ways is profoundly useful to create and design different states of consciousness and to manage and shape emotion. It’s crucial.

Another useful way to think about this course is: 1. Orientations 2. Practices that make those orientations possible
The most important orientations are: 1. Being grounded in your body. When you can show up with a relaxed, grounded body awareness, your mind will be quieter, you will naturally and easily create a sense of ease in her, you will be able to maintain your state and you will be able to quickly recover your state it if gets shaken 2. Acceptance confidence/not needing a guarantee . success and being able to skillfully manage whatever feelings first arise for you, you will walk through the uncertainties of life like a giant, with a unique and subtle masculinity that she will not consciously detect. And it will not depend on having any prior social or pick up skills. 3. Having a learning orientation with a sense of fun. This means that rather than going back and forth between determination(I’ve WILL get this girl no matter what) or desperation(I hope this works! This has got to work!) you come from the certainty that no matter what happens, you are going to learn something of value that will improve your skills. You will choose the learning you take and the meaning you give to your interactions with your women. This also means you let what you can do in the world teach you what works and what is possible rather than worrying about what might happen or wondering about it or trying to figure it all out in your head. In turn this leads to: 4. Having the right ratio of acting to thinking. F or too many guys, for every one point of action, there are 100 points of analysis or rumination. That’s an orientation that leads to being stuck in the mud. 5. Having an outward focus of attention. This means that rather than “being in your head” when you are with a woman, you are outwardly focused on her so you can calibrate your responses and notice and use what she gives you, a key skill to do well with the Speed Seduction® language patterns 6. Finally, you want to be oriented to noticing what is working, first and foremost. Always look for what you are doing right on any possible level at any possible time in your interactions with women. Yes, we want to be able to see what needs improving. But FIRST we want to see what we are doing well. The most important practices are: 1. Skill at feel. You’ll find a drill/practice for this in the drills/practices section of this course. Skill at feel means you can be aware of what feel sensations come up, without fighting them and with feeding them. You can see how this supports all of the orientations above. 2. Grounding in the body. Again, you find a drill for this in the drills/practices section. 3. Being able to skillfully review your sarging to see what worked and what needs improving. You’ll find this in the drills/practice section. Can you see how this would support orientations 2 and 3, and possibly even 4? 4. A rehearsal/preparation process so you can program in the new ways of thinking, responding, feeling and acting before you go out to sarge. You’ll find two of these: one to do immediately before you go out and then a special “The Power Of Rabbit-P” module, which I took from my coaching program, that will show you how to use affirmations in a very special way. 5. A process to program in the 4 vibes that attract women. Again, you’ll find a module on this in the drills/practices section, which I also took from my coaching program. Special note.: While I believe that you do not have to have this down before you get started, I would certainly like you to integrate this drill into your practice, perhaps doing it once a week for the first month and then tapering off to once a month . It’s very powerful(and a great example of cultivating creative consciousness!) 6. A brief, daily meditation practice, which I call 3-3-3. I recorded a module on that as a power-point presentation which you will find in the drills/practices section. done daily and you can follow along with the module as part of your daily practice. 7. A process to be able to skillfully use your language to notice where you have some challenges without accidentally programming and affirming the challenges right back to yourself. You’ll find a module on this in the drills/practice section. Do properly do this, I suggest you keep a separate journal where you daily note how you are using your language and when you catch yourself languaging in a way that doesn’t serve you, write down the corrected version that does serve you. Remember: we want to be able to notice where we are going off base without gluing it back to yourself! Can you see how this would support orientations 2, 3 and 4?
A few more words about drills and practices. It can be useful to divide your drills and practices as follows: 1. Those that best serve you by being done daily. These are drills/practices 1, 2, 6 , 7 and also the “Rabbit-P” affirmation practice. 2. Those that best serve you by being done as needed at a specific time. That would be drills 3 (after you’ve Sarged), and 4 (just before you Sarge) and the special bonus “Recovering Your State” drill. 3. Those you should only do occasionally on a once a week or once a month basis. There is only one in this category, drill/practice 5 for building in the 4 vibes. And again, while I feel this is very, very helpful, it’s not absolutely necessary to get going strongly on this course.

Recommended Time Table For This Course You are free to move at your own pace, But my suggestion is you take it one module per day and complete the theory section first. Then do one module at day for the drills/practices section as you being to build your own consistent, steady practice. A Final Note This course is a beta version. There will be improvements in content, organization, and documentation. And while it is 85% new material, you will see that at least 3 of the modules are lifted from my coaching program as I found them to be the best and most organized presentation of what needed to be taught.
